I used to have nightmares about being pushed and falling from the top of a tall building, and having a lot of spiders crawling all over me.
These were all in the past, all the dreams I had were seen when I was busy with work and feeling severe stress that I can’t get any sleep.I was exhausted.
After I changed my job and my living styles,things got better and I stopped having these nightmares.
So it really is very important to keep your body and mind healthy.
