Church - a large church there There's a Family Mart over there.

And, we're just across from NTU university entrance.

Walking down Wenzhou now.[溫州街] so, it's this way guys.Let's go.

Ok guys, if you just see the place over there - DuoDuo. [多多小吃]

OK guys, we're here. DuoDuo - 多多 Ok, so let's go in.

Ok. Excuse the Chinese but, fanQie GanMian 番茄乾麵

Now, I guess we can just say tomato noodles for that one.

Here you have the chicken curry. [咖哩雞飯]

Here we have hundun tang 餛飩湯 Hundun [餛飩] we usually say wonton, so

that's pork wonton soup. [豬肉餛飩湯] I think the hundun or wonton [餛飩] here

is especially delicious, so maybe you would want to try that here.

Here we have the egg and beef soup. [牛肉蛋花湯] Love that. Love that. It's great.

I will order that in a minute. Again, we've seen this one already. This is

the golden dofu.[黃金豆腐] Maybe in England or America they might say

tofu. Golden dofu.[黃金豆腐]

And here we have, I guess we can basically say the boiled vegetable of the day. [燙青菜]

Ok. Let's order some of this stuff and have a look at it, ok?

Ok. Guys this is the dougan. [豆干]

The Engish is, I guess we can say dried bean curd, bean curd with soy sauce.

It's very cheap here. Only 10NT. So, it's great. I really recommend that you

order this one.

This is the tomato noodles. [番茄乾麵] It's actually very nice. I really recommend

this one. And, if we look over here, we have the egg

and beef soup.[牛肉蛋花湯] Again, it's very nice and a little unusual.

I don't think you see this very often in restaurants.

Ok, guys, these are the hundun.[餛飩] In English, you are going to say pork wontons

[豬肉餛飩] we got the soup, and we just got them without

the soup. They are meant to be special here because

they are a redder meat. You can see the meat is redder than in other

places.

So, shall we try one?

Actually mmm! It is actually very nice.

And, I can see here that you only use olive oil.

Do you cook at a very high temperature?

沒有。不會超過一百度. 100 Celsius

Ok.So,basically what we are saying here.

It's quite healthy. because we're using olive oil, it's very light

and we never cook at high temperatures here. Ok.
