I am an international dance instructor, I travel the world to teach jazz and Lindy Hop dance.

I get questions a lot about training or how to structure training.

What type of content do I use for training.

どのようなコンテンツをトレーニングに使えばいいのでしょうか。

Um, and for the major part, I am rather self-taught.

それに、私はどちらかというと独学なんだ。

Now, I did learn from a fantastic people, very knowledgeable people, of course.

もちろん、知識豊富な素晴らしい人たちから学んだよ。

But I have gathered a lot of information by watching old video clips and just breaking them down and and just training myself and figure things out for myself.

でも、昔のビデオクリップを見たり、それを分解したり、自分自身を訓練して、自分で物事を理解することで、多くの情報を集めてきた。

So this little video goes out to people who are uninspired or not moving in the direction they want or simply are trying to set up a scene locally and trying to figure ways to get people to tag along.

Now, it's a bit time for the bragging part.

Because everybody likes a bit of credentials.

I am multiple times runners up in Red Bull BC One Benelux, vice champion also at the Battle of the Year Benelux.

レッドブルBCワン・ベネルクスで何度も準優勝し、バトル・オブ・ザ・イヤー・ベネルクスでも副チャンピオンになった。

It's been about now 12 years that I've been doing Lindy Hop and Black American jazz dance.

リンディホップとブラック・アメリカン・ジャズダンスを始めて12年になる。

I've won quite quite a few competitions here and there, Paris Jazz Roots, got the Champions Cup with my partner Jill.

パリのジャズ・ルーツでは、パートナーのジルとチャンピオンズ・カップに出場した。

But the ones that I'm most proud of are the ones that we won as a team.

しかし、私が最も誇りに思うのは、チームとして勝利した試合だ。

And that includes my group, the Old Souls.

私のグループ、オールド・ソウルズも含めてね。

But also bringing the Brussels City to win the team City Battle twice.

しかし、ブリュッセル・シティをチーム・シティ・バトルで2度優勝させた。

So I know what it's like to build a team from scratch and to bring them to the highest level that you can manage, right?

So here I am to share that with you today, I'm going to try and structure it as easy as possible so you can navigate to the different chapters that are most important to you.
