This course is all about giving you permission to take care of yourself first. Most of us haven't been afforded the opportunity to learn how to effectively manage stress in life, yet we all experience it. It's unavoidable. And it's a universal aspect of being a human being. The issue is that we know chronic stress produces a wear and tear on our minds, body, and behavior. So if we don't have the skills to manage stress, that it actually can produce negative impact on our well-being. The other side is we've never had the opportunity to learn how to optimize our well-being. How do you spend more time in a happy state? How do you even feel more fulfilled about your life? And how do you do what matters most despite being faced with challenging, difficult, and uncertain situations? So this course is about learning the resilience skills that combine to enable you to survive and thrive in life. I really welcome you to jump on board with me in this course and learn how to become a resilient person.
