字幕表 動画を再生する 字幕スクリプトをプリント 翻訳字幕をプリント 英語字幕をプリント Hi, I’m Francis, みなさんこんにちは 僕はフランシスです the host of this show "Cooking with Dog." この"Cooking with Dog"の司会をやっています First, let's make the toppings. まず 表面にまぶすものを準備をしましょう Combine the kinako, soy bean powder and sugar きな粉と砂糖を合わせて and mix it thoroughly. よく混ぜます Then, do the same 同様に combining the black sesame seeds and sugar. 黒すりごまと砂糖を合わせます Next, wet your hands with salt water 次に あんこを準備するので to prepare the anko, sweet bean paste. 薄い塩水で手を濡らします For the anko botamochi, あんこぼたもちに spoon the anko into your hand あんこを取って and shape it into the size of a ping-pong ball. ピンポン球くらい丸めます For the kinako and sesame ones, きなこと黒ごま用には shape the anko into half the size of a ping pong ball. ピンポン球の半分くらい取って丸めます And now, let’s make the botamochi. それではぼたもちを作りましょう Cook the sweet rice with a little extra water もち米を少し多めの水加減で炊き and remove the inner cooking pan from the rice cooker. 内釜を取り出します Dampen a surikogi pestle with weak salt water すりこ木とボールの内側を and also wet the inside of a bowl 薄い塩水で濡らします to prevent the mochi from sticking. おこわがくっつかないようにするためです Then, pound the sweet rice with the pestle 米粒が半分くらいなくなるまで until the size of the grains almost halves. 突きます Be careful not to damage the inner cooking pan. 内釜が傷つかないように気を付けて下さい Place the sweet rice into the bowl. おこわをボールに移し Wet your hands with the salt water 手に塩水を付けて and shape a handful of the rice into the size of a ping pong ball. ピンポン球くらい取って丸めます Repeat the process and make another rice ball. 同様にもうひとつ作ります This size of the rice balls will be used このサイズは for the soy bean and sesame botamochi. きな粉と黒ごま用です Next, make another ball half the size of a ping pong ball. 次はピンポン球の半分サイズです This will be used for the anko botamochi. これはあんこぼたもち用です Now, let’s make 3 kinds of botamochi. それでは3種類のぼたもちを作りましょう Shape the large anko ball into a flat circle. 大きい方のあんこを手の平の上で円形にのばし Then, place the small rice ball onto it 小さい方のおこわを置き and gather the anko up to the center, あんこを中心に寄せて completely covering the rice. すっぽり包みます Adjust the shape 形を整え and place it onto a plate. 器に盛ります Next, wet your hand with the salt water 手を塩水で濡らし and squeeze one of the large rice balls several times 大きい方のおこわを数回握って餅状にします to make it easier to wrap the anko. あんこが包みやすくなります Shape the rice into a round sheet. おこわを円形にのばします Then, place the small anko onto it. 小さい方のあんこを置き Gather the rice up to the center around the anko, 中心までおこわを集め wrapping it completely. すっぽり包みます Adjust the shape 形を整え and place it onto the kinako topping. きな粉の上に置きます Cover it completely. 全体にまぶします Now, repeat the process 同様に and wrap the small anko with the rice sheet. 小さい方のあんこをおこわで包みます Place the botamochi onto the sesame topping 黒ごまの上に置き and cover it completely. まんべんなくまぶします Finally, place the kinako きなこと黒ごまのぼたもちも and the sasame botamochi onto the plate. 器に盛ります If the anko is too soft, microwave it without plastic wrap あんこが柔らかい場合は to reduce the excess liquid. ラップなしで電子レンジにかけて下さい On the other hand, if it’s too firm and dry, 硬い場合は add some of the reserved azuki broth or hot water 取っておいた煮汁か湯を足して and mix again. 練り直して下さい Cook the sweet rice with a little extra water もち米は 少し多めの水加減で炊くと so that the botamochi will be soft and delicious. 柔らかくて美味しいです Good luck in the kitchen.
