So I found myself some pie sheets later.

My friend told me that if you mix both kinds of flowers together, you get an all purpose flour which can be used for pastry apparently.

So maybe next time I'll give that a go.

But for now we use the patient's also restricted by the limits of japanese supermarkets.

We don't have granny smith apples here, there's no real tart apples debate with because it's not really a thing.

最終的には、「他にやりたいこともないし、情熱ややりたいこともないし、世界で何かできるとしたら、そんなものはないし、サラリーウーマンとして働いていればいいんだ」と言って終わるのですが、最初に見たときには「何だこの終わり方は？

This is such a terrible ending that she is giving up the possibility to do anything in the whole world and I was I was like no, no no, that's like not okay, everyone's got dreams and passions and then since then I have kind of begun to understood Mhm what she means like it's okay to not be a famous actress or like a billionaire or create the world's first blah or cure blah, follow your dreams, it's okay to not do that, if that makes sense.

I think a friend of mine put it well when she was like I'm sick of all of the tv shows and movies showing me that there has to be like this big dream and it's this big like purpose and striving for something, sorry, I think I've kind of come to understand that a lot better where sometimes I've had the opportunity to be like, huh, if I could do anything in the whole world, what would I do?

I'm kind of okay with boring stuff at the moment and not really fighting for a bigger purpose or a giant career in anything, but that being said now to cook the apples.

I do feel like Japan's constantly stepping up its food game when it comes to international ingredients.
