次の表現は、"This stays between you and me", "This stays between us", "This stays in this room only!" （ここだけの話だよ）です。

This one is a bit more formal.

こちらは少しフォーマルな感じです。

So maybe if you're in a business meeting or a more formal situation, you may want to use these expressions.
