  • So allowing yourself to go back to sleep seems to your body into your brain as a false alarm, resulting in a fuzzy and groggy feeling throughout today.

  • You also want to put your body on an internal clock.

  • So once you keeping the habit with waking up at the same time every morning you'll see that eventually your body just on his own will get up and wake up and start the day once I'm awake, something that is very important that I dio is not reaching for my phone right away.

  • This habit became such an addiction, and I'm sure for all of us if you look at your phone right away, you see social media, you see the news to see your e mails, you get bombarded with so much information and negativity, and it just puts you in an unhealthy state of mind.

  • So a little thing I started doing is putting my phone on airplane mode before I go to sleep and just keeping that airplane mode until I'm ready to really start my day.

  • So many of us reach out for our morning coffee, which is not a terrible thing, but again, not the best habit.

  • When you wake up, your body tends to be slightly dehydrated, so drinking water will help with rehydration good suggestions and get you going for the day.

  • So I take 10 to 15 minutes to sit down, do a little journaling or just staring into space and putting my intentions out there for today.

  • I remind myself what I'm grateful for.

  • I remind myself what makes me happy and just really setting that gratitude state of mind in my head before I start my day and that really helps would centering me and starting the day off right?

  • So once I'm done taking care of myself internally.

  • That's when I started actually getting ready towards my day.

  • So this is the time for hair makeup clothes, and this is when I reach for my phone.

  • So I grab my phone.

  • I'll actually still leave it an airplane mode.

  • But what I like to do is turn on guided meditation or some using.

  • That really calms me down.

  • Good morning, everyone.

  • First, I'm gonna take this moment to acknowledge you for setting aside this time for yourself.

  • Now it's time for breakfast.

  • I'm a huge advocate for breakfast as it helps to boost your metabolism.

  • It keeps your blood sugar levels stable and reduces cravings and over eating later that day.

  • So that's something that is very easy to overlook as not so important.

  • A lot of us just rushed out of the house so quickly, but it's a good idea to start building that habit.

  • So now that it's actually time to start the work portion off the day, I like to start out by creating a short, prioritized list.

  • The key is not to overwhelm yourself, and that's something that I started also doing recently.

  • I started really focusing on three task that I have to accomplish today.

  • But just having a clear paper with three points that you need to dio will really keep you more productive, rather just scrambling around trying to accomplish all these different things.

  • It actually helps with making all these things manageable and achievable, rather than just stressing out about how you don't have enough time to get all of it.

  • I think it's really important to remember that all of these habits don't happen overnight, and it's so important to give yourself time and be gentle with yourself, with the changes that you need to make.

  • Remember that every morning is a new opportunity to start making better choices and implementing better habits and working on becoming our best cells.

  • So that's into guys.

  • This is the end of our video.

There are so many things they don't want to achieve in a day and so many people that inspire me to try and work harder and accomplish more.
