Today we're going to show you a fantastic
one bedroom vacation rental
at 13th Street and 1st Avenue
located in the East Village
in Manhattan, New York.
Let's check it out.
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor
of a prewar walk-up building.
It features wood floors and air conditioning.
As you enter, from right to left,
you'll find the living room,
the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom.
The living room is furnished
with a sofa and a small coffee table.
There is a TV with cable provided
for relaxing nights in.
The open kitchen is connected to the living room.
It's equipped with all the necessary items
for preparing a meal,
such as a gas stove, a refrigerator, a toaster,
a coffee maker and a microwave.
And of course dishware and utensils
are provided.
Off the kitchen,
you'll find the bathroom.
The bathroom is standard with a sink,
a mirror, a shower and a bathtub.
The bedroom is furnished
with a queen size bed.
There is a window
and space for hanging your clothes.
There is also a dresser located just outside
the entrance to the bedroom.
And being a furnished apartment,
pillows and sheets are provided.

Italian homemade pastries
and great coffee.
Tompkins Square Park
is about 4 blocks away.
The park contains a playground,
a dog run and plenty of open space.
It's a great place to relax in the city.
St. Mark Place is a famous street
in the East Village that shouldn't be missed.
This lively street is the heart of the
hip and punk scene of the East Village.
Both sides of the street are packed
with restaurants, bars, cafes
and plenty of shops
so it's definitely worth strolling around.
