So I recently stumbled across this hidden basement cafe across the street from Shibuya 109 I live here, and I didn't even know it existed for such a long time.

But they serve the most amazing souffle pancakes.

They with the batter after the order to create this feathery wait cloudy textured appearance.

So I ordered the monthly special pion great pancakes with a healthy helping of plump grapes.

Grapes, sauce.

Ah, grape ice sorbet all over a mountain of whipped cream and fluffy souffle pancakes.

Just look at this light.

Guys here have, like these monthly specials that has some whipped cream on top it at some grapes.

It's such a nice, refreshing sorbet, but let's look at that fluffy sensation you can almost see like the layers of lumpiness right there.

Yeah, wow, that is just so airy.

Love how it's paired with the cream and the sorbet is just like nice and tardy, but it's light, and it's so easy to eat just can't get enough of this ways, even has some grapes like these, like nice grapes.

And what's nice about these pancakes is that they are quite fluffy and airy.

But at the same time, they do have some, like density that they have some weight.

It as like a nice How do you say, like a wavy texture to it, But it's still a ruffian area inside one of a kind.

It's that good, So fast eating it.

I think this is like a kind of refreshing menu.

Word of the caramel nut pancakes served with vanilla ice cream, and this one is the standard, actually have several standard pancake that certain all the time, but this one is their caramel nut.

Looks like it has crushed almonds, save elements it is died for.

Look at that definitely tastes.

A caramel cream is on point, and the pancakes are actually the same across the board.

Nice, fluffy Good texture do have a little bit of some powdered sugar on the side, but I mean, the caramel itself found him into a little speed, but good team itself that they use here is nice and light, almost like area eating.

For those of you who don't like pancakes and you know me, I got a profitable chicken displays a serves fried chicken and waffles with covered cheese.

This is like some of the best fried chicken.

What's nice is that chicken has been quite seasoned with skin is a little bit on the savory side.
