  • There's just so much street food to try in Vietnam, and I just wanted to kind of show you guys some of my favorite street food to try.

  • It has some tomatoes as lettuce, cucumbers, a lot of mayonnaise and hot chili sauce.

  • And it's all wrapped in a nice krispie buns that mayonnaise is a game changer.

  • Hey, really?

  • Did The main is that flavor just popping exploded like a buttery unhealthy explosion in your mouth.

  • What a wonderful combination of these sandwiches are.

  • Number three seafood.

  • It's a seafood spot right by the beach and looking right behind me.

  • They have, like, buckets and buckets of fresh seafood still alive.

  • And you get to pick which one you want yourself.

  • So I'm gonna go do some seafood, and we're gonna try it out tonight.

  • So Vietnam is also known for seafood.

  • You'll find many secret specialty restaurants like this, especially in the beach.

  • Cities like the Nang and not Chang.

  • These restaurants you can select the seafood from tanks or buckets, and then you choose how you want to prepare such esteemed the fried pan fight or even barbecue style.

  • Look at that sauce itself is actually pretty good at it.

  • It has some chilies in there, but it really brings out the flavor of the fish and actually fried this time around.

  • See how the butter and the juice is already soaked into the shrimp itself?

  • This is not good for my cholesterol, probably.

  • Oh, I don't want to lick my fingers.

  • It's completely worth it.

  • You just gotta like character that discomfort, sometimes not understanding.

  • Then you get delicious pieces of shrimp like this.

  • I've gotta like completely soaked in the juices can take some of the rice so that in the juices like that, make a little kind of, like Cody giddy with it and take it all in number.

  • But it's not really that much like one bite.

  • And you can have, like, 50 of these because they're so light on.

  • This is my favorite, even though it probably can't pronounce it.

  • Bun rum, it It's a rescue stuff that shrimp on top of a crispy rice crackers.

  • So this is the one.

  • This is after the software the bun Roman and I think it's like a little spicy because you see more chili.

  • Although it has some flavor to the fish sauce gives it that, like knights of savory quality and like, brings it all together.

  • I think I need exercise now.

  • Next spot we're going to is in this alley.

  • You can see that it just gets narrower and narrow as we go.

  • I'm quite excited to try some boom bow.

  • So all these three stores are famous for their Vietnamese omelette, so you can go toe either three is gonna yield very similar.

  • They all should be pretty good.

  • This is literally a hole in the wall, so Monsanto is often explained as a Vietnamese omelet.

  • I initially thought it was made with egg, but in fact it's actually made with rice powder, coconut milk and colored with America that gives it that yellow color and making it more like a blanket.

  • They cook it on the large iron pan over an open flame, almost a deep fry style.

  • It's cooked in a thin layer to make it extra crispy, so you get that crunchy texture with every bite.

  • When you sit down, you are first served a plate of vegetables and other toppings and the bond sale and meets yours.

  • Follow afterwards, and in the Nang they wrap everything in a dry, crispy rice paper and dip it in a tick, says any sauce.

  • That lovely mess.

  • You just kind of a peanut sauce, but it's a little bit spicy, has about the same time, and then you bite into it and you get a nice brunch from pickles lettuce, also from the enemy's pancake.

  • And if you're feeling a little bit more risky and actually some chili sauce.

  • I know that down like that as well, and combined that with some more with peanut sauce that loveliness.

  • And I just love the crunch, so you think it's gonna happen.

  • Healthy vegetable dish is just so much punch, and I think the shrimp even adds to the like the crunch that you get because it still has a shell in it.

  • And if you want to add more flavor, this packed with flavor of joy.

  • They have some chili peppers and some garlic.

  • It's like sitting on the side.

  • In fact, there was so good.

  • I returned a few days later to one of the other Bond CEO shops in the alley to have another helping, and it didn't disappoint.
