to show you the five essentials that you need to have in each category because we

talk a lot about fashion a lot about makeup but people don't know that

underneath it all that's what matters and I'm talking

with you five underwears that I feel like every girl should own in her closet

that will take her from PJs too sexy to date night first pair that I feel is

very essential and just kind of a girl's best friend

the briefs okay the granny panties these are honestly the one item that you can

rely on when you have bad days and you just need someone to hug you keep you

warm at night so these are actually from a company called kilo Bravo which is a

new company and they are so so soft so whenever you just want to chill at home

lounge these are so great to have around these are high-waisted - it's very chic

like this these provide full coverage so you know that you are fully colored next

step is bikini cuts these are desert stretchy these are new conservative

gives you enough coverage but a little sexier these are great for loungewear

being comfortable these are from Gap and I have a few different colors in them

like this forest green that's very endless and these are just a great

comfortable option to have in your wardrobe

next up is a thong this is a girl's best friend I want to share with you maybe a

little TMI but I'm gonna share with you that I started wearing thongs probably

when I was already 18 that's very late I also found out about tampons very very

late so wow this video is really taking a whole other direction here though

these ones are the thong there's not much really to tell you I'm sure a lot

of people wear it might not be so comfortable unless

you get used to it and you wear them underneath tight

clothes that way there's no extra fabric to make it look bumpy and this is

definitely much more revealing doesn't cover much very sexy and a must have a

feel in every girl's closet I would say that I mostly wear these so I make sure

that I have my basic colors in the closet including mutes and beige that I

wear for photoshoots or when I wear any light-colored clothes and then other

colors just to make it fun because into winter you wear black anyway so at least

there's a party underneath the next category is seamless this is a must-have

seamless there's no seams it goes under tight clothing really well there's no

bumps due to seams they're kind of granny panties as well to be quite

honest with you but it doesn't matter no one cares because their purpose is

really to be kind of invisible I make sure always always to have nude ones in

my closet I wear them quite often with different clothing so this is as well

unless and then we have the period underwear I'm really excited for them I

don't know why the period underwears are a new find that I've discovered last

year and I have to say this is one of my ride discoveries you don't have to wear

any other feminine hygiene products these have the technology that protects

you and keeps you dry and all the good stuff you want from your period

underwear this is from a company called NYX which is a company that I've worked

with before and really fell in love with the product they come in a lot of

different sizes and shapes and also they are four different flows so this one is

kind of a medium flow this one is obviously a heavy flow and I personally

like to wear them mid to end of my cycle but it's not as heavy I also really

really like to sleep with them in the night it just feels like my body is

there's more last that make sense these are also an amazing eco-friendly

alternative if you want to move away from all the ways that we create with

feminine-hygiene and now we will be moving on to bra so my first must have

brought these are the t-shirt bras they have seamless cups and they just go

really well underneath t-shirts it forms to your skin so it has a good support

but also make sure that nothing sticks out and your t-shirt looks cool and

moves with height whatever thank you wear so these are a great

essential to have these are actually from Free People

and these are my newest purchase I have one that I've been wearing for a long

time and it's this one so this one is from pink vs and this is also a really

great really supportive t-shirt bra this also has this fake band but has a little

bit more of like a sports bra kind of effect to it so it holds everything in

place okay and nothing to that next category is the strugglers bras these

are amazing when you wear dresses when you wear anything without straps so this

first one is one that I wear when I have really kind of a low-cut top here and

that just makes sure that everything is in the right place and then we have this

one that I feel like is it it's very sticky a great one to have whenever you

have open back that way you're not gonna compromise the style of your dress and

top just goes right here next category is pretty simple and straight to the

point this is the sports bra I personally only like to work out in my

sports bras and not necessarily with any tops even if their sports tops this kind

of gives my body more space to breathe so these are great I personally I'm a

big fan of gym clothes and I have a lot of different active wear this is the

ideal support that you need for the gym the next category of bras are

Berlitz these are probably my go-to especially in the winter or at home I

wear a lot of loose clothes so I don't actually need anything to support it

so these rillettes are my go-to the whole thing with Rolex is that they are

online on Wired fun padded and a girl's best friend I have a lot of different

versions of them there's this one this is from kilo Bravo as well it actually

comes with a set with the brief how cute is that then I have this Calvin Klein

that's a classic a feel like every girl has these very homage to the 90s and

then the next superstar in our category is the blue bra this has been such a

wonderful gift to women everywhere because if you want a little cleavage

you can get it if you don't want it you put a bralette on you're good to go

this really helps to enhance what you have if you need a little more support I

don't usually wear push-up bras just because I find them to be a little

uncomfortable but I found this one for the occasions where I want a little so
