  • Hey, guys.

  • Um, for the first time, I am for seven a long time.

  • I am filming ahead of time.

  • Who, um, trying Thio.

  • See if I can film some things ahead of time so that I can have some video scheduled when, um, I have the baby.

  • I can't promise that's going to happen, But I'm doing what I can.

  • Um, this video and possibly the next few I'm going to edit as little as I can, if not at all, because that's going to save me.

  • Time is well, anything just takes a long time.

  • So forgive me for all my thumbs and sniffles and things that don't get cut out.

  • But I wanted to have some sort of content for you guys.

  • I wanted to talk today about an ongoing case.

  • I'm filming this on the 27th so by the time you guys see it, it's gonna be almost a week later.

  • So if there are more updates, um, maybe all do a follow up video or something.

  • But maybe this could be the week video after that, I don't know, But as of today, be suspect the suspected a person who is the reason this whole case is happening has been arrested.

  • Um, I want to say she was arrested last night, and I'm so glad.

  • But it's an active case that's going on right now in East Tennessee, and I live in Tennessee, so I'm hearing all about it all over the news.

  • The first thing I saw about it was just a few days ago.

  • I've been kind of behind on it a little bit, but I want to go through the timeline of it and what I think is going on.

  • The first thing I saw was video of this mother crying over her missing child and my husband and I caught it on TV.

  • Also, I have a little bit of like, not a cold, but like a Sinus thing going on.

  • So I apologize for that.

  • My voice is weird.

  • I'm sniffling.

  • Whatever.

  • My husband and I caught her crying about her missing daughter, and it was like, the worst acting I've ever seen in my life.

  • Um, and the news headline really caught my attention.

  • If you know anything about first off, you know anything about body language.

  • I'm going to try and maybe insert a clip of her in that that clip that I saw her crying so that you'll see how much she's holding back and how much she's trying to force these tears on that earn even coming out.

  • And secondly, if you know anything about people lying, um, typically, they'll offer up more information than is needed.

  • Um, the reason this was such a big headline is because this mother has a 15 month old who is missing.

  • She's been missing since December, and she just now filed a missing Persons report.

  • Like a week ago, she is now saying that she is pregnant again, and because of this pregnancy, she cannot take a polygraph examination.

  • Two things weird about this?

  • A.

  • As far as I know I'm pregnant, there's no there's nothing wrong with taking a polygraph.

  • A polygraph isn't like an X ray or anything like that that could harm your baby.

  • It's monitoring of your heart rates of like, I believe, like sweat levels on your hands and stuff on changes in your breathing.

  • That really doesn't mean yeah, I've read weird right now because I'm in my third trimester, but that really doesn't have, like a major effect on a polygraph examination.

  • Secondly?

  • Well, actually, I want to say there's three reasons.

  • Secondly, a CZ most of you probably known in most courts of law.

  • Polygraph isn't admissible evidence anyways, because they can be tricked people, especially people who have a severe type of mental.

  • What am I trying to think of a personality disorder like sociopath E?

  • Or you know, something of that nature are able to sort of trick the polygraph because they don't feel the normal reaction emotions as people without those personality disorders.

  • And I'm not shaming anyone with a personality disorder.

  • I found them really interesting.

  • To be honest on dhe, there are many functioning sociopaths and psychopaths in the world really that know the difference between right and wrong and act on those.

  • However, a lot of serial killers and stuff like that are also psychopath sociopaths because they don't have that, um, innate feeling of guilt and stuff.

  • And they don't go by right and wrong, like functioning ones.

  • D'oh!

  • Um so it wouldn't really be admissible.

  • The third thing is that police department that she would be questioned by is saying they don't even have a polygraph machine.

  • They never asked her to take a polygraph.

  • They wouldn't ask her to take a polygraph.

  • So why is she offering up this information of I'm pregnant?

  • And I can't take a polygraph like you have to be.

  • You're giving up too much information, like I'm sorry.

  • I think you're full of shit.

  • Um, so I'm gonna quickly go through a timeline of what happened on the case.

  • This is something I'm pulling from a news site because all this information is very fresh.

  • So a lot of being places where you Google it are going to be snippets of what's happening.

  • And this was the only site that I could find a laid out timeline.

  • So I'm just gonna, like, sort of read glimpses through it and give you guys what's going on?

  • I will make this article below in the description box, as usual.

  • So forgive me if I'm not, like, as well spoken as I try to be, I'm not the most well spoken person anyways.

  • But I'm reading this kind of live live as, and I haven't, like, pre read all of this.

  • So this happened in Sullivan County, Tennessee.

  • This is where this is happening.

  • Basically, Um, a 15 month old by the name of a left.

  • Excuse me.

  • By the name of Evelyn Boswell.

  • An adorable little 15 year old, 15 month old girl, Um, went missing.

  • I believe they think the last date they saw her anyone saw her was December 26 2019.

  • So three months ago or two months ago.

  • Sorry.

  • Pregnancy, Brain.

  • I can't get everything right the first time.

  • So, uh, she is described as a white female with blew up.

  • Excuse me.

  • I'm so sorry.

  • With blue eyes and blond hair, she was first reported missing on February 18.

  • Um, and they issued an Amber Alert Tennessee did on the 19.

  • And I actually got that amber alert because they live in Tennessee.

  • So, um, but as seeing that it was in Sullivan County, which is kind of hard for me, I'm like, Okay, you know, I'm probably gonna know much about it.

  • The police were tweeting about Amber alerts, tweeting about it.

  • Information is getting out.

  • Whatever.

  • Officials said that the search for Evelyn was sparked by a referral from the Department of Children Services after the child's grandfather, Tommy Boswell, reported his concerns.

  • He said he had not seen Evelyn since Thanksgiving of 2019.

  • Um, he reportedly told a CBS affiliate that he didn't know what happened, and this is a quote, but I'm the one who called D.

  • C s and got this started.

  • So the mother of this child did not report anything.

  • Um, on February 20th the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation released another photograph of Evelyn trying to reach more people.

  • Um, his girl down here on the 21st.

  • They reported that investigators were seeking information about a gray BMW and that the individuals traveling in it were connected to Evelyn.

  • On that same day share, Sullivan County Sheriff's office held a news conference to announce conflicting information provided by the family members of the 15 month old girl.

  • And this is where things really get muddied.

  • Sheriff Jeff Cassidy told the media that his office received conflicting reports about when Evelyn disappeared.

  • He said that one report indicated Evelyn was last seen on December 26th.

  • However, um, Sheriff Cassidy instead that stated that on February or stated on February 21st Excuse me that a baby sitter claimed to have seen her on December 10th or 11th and those dates are more accurate so they don't know of anyone seeing her after that.

  • Um, they say that the child's parents Maggie, Meggie, Meghan or Maggie is her nickname.

  • Boswell and even Perry were both involved with the investigation, so they're supposedly giving as much information as they can to find their daughter, um, Perry, the father, the stationed in the military in Louisiana.

  • Um, they said that the mother had full custody of Evelyn.

  • However, the sheriff said some information from the mother had not been accurate.

  • So she's lying already.

  • Basically, they said it quote her stories aren't leading up to stuff.

  • We went out and checked on.

  • Um, one thing that they pointed at was video surveillance evidence and eyewitness testimonies, but he would not clarify whose testimonies those were.

  • So basically, she may have said we were at this apartment complex or this store or something like that, and they were able to pull security tapes that she made.

  • Not not have even known members cameras there.

  • And none of the tape showed the little girl with the mother at that time.

  • That's my guess.

  • Um, they say that ever since, uh, as of February 21st 300 leads have come forward, but none developed into any credible sightings of the little girl because she is still missing.

  • We don't know what's happened to her.

  • Um, Boswell, this is the mother stated that she knew who had her daughter Evelyn and didn't want to contact police because she thought the person would disappear with her daughter.

  • Well, if you don't have your daughter and this person does, they've already disappeared with your daughter.

  • I'm sorry.

  • Like you don't have your daughter in your custody.

  • You need to do something about it.

  • Like it's like the first moment that I found out my daughter, Someone was with my daughter.

  • I would be calling the police on the way to go get my fucking daughter.

  • You know what I mean?

  • Like, why would you just sit there and be like, Well, I don't want to upset them and have them disappear with her.

  • If you know who has them and you might know where they are, why aren't you going to find them?

  • And why aren't you contacting police?

  • That makes no sense.

  • It's not like they sent you a ransom note or something that said, Do not contact police or you know, that sort of situation, which can be tricky but still.

  • I mean, you need help.

  • She said, Um, I'm just kind of worried, you know about where they are and what they're doing with her at this point in time.

  • So again, why the fuck of you not contacted anybody?

  • She claimed that Evelyn was with a person that she trusted to watch her daughter with while she was at work.

  • So a baby sitter of sorts.

  • Um, several hours after Megan's spoke with this CBS affiliate, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced that the vehicle, the Gray BMW had been discovered in Wilkes County, North Carolina.

  • Um, let's say, obviously the little girl is still missing.

  • They didn't find anything really of note, at least that they have put out to the public.

  • Um, let's see.

  • Fox ate, who is reporting on this later reported that two people, William Macleod and Angela Boswell, were arrested in connection to the vehicle for theft over $2500.

  • Angela Boswell is Megan's mother, so the child's grandmother, um, again the search.

  • You know, the online outpouring continues tweets from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation asking anyone for information on the whereabouts of Evelyn.

  • A petition for Evelyn's law was launched.

  • This was on the 22nd.

  • I want to say February.

  • The petition asked lawmakers to craft a law making it illegal for parents to wait longer.

  • Been 24 to 72 hours to report a missing child.

  • And I think that's a good idea, because I mean, why would you wait anyways?

  • Uh, sorry.

  • It was just a little itchy.

  • On the 23rd they released a new photo of Evelyn again in hopes that people would recognize her and report finding her seeing her on the 24th.

  • They also released a video of the little girl in the same hopes.

  • Um, at this point, there were many conflicting statements from the mother.

  • Meghan, I don't know what all the statements are.

  • They have not released all of her statements, and they probably aren't going to for a long time.

  • Um, but they say that her immediately not reporting her child being missing and her completing statements obviously made the case complicated.

  • And they don't know why it took so long for the search for the child to begin.

  • Um, the grandmother was extradited back to Tennessee.

  • Um, that night, which is the 24?

  • Meghan spoke again to the press and told them that her mother, Angela, had taken Evelyn.

  • Two men.

  • Don't of Virginia, she said.

  • Quote.

  • I told TV I where to find her in Mendota.

  • My mom took her to a campground in a silver camper.

  • And if they don't go tonight, I'm going to find her myself two months later because I've told them and they're not really like taking it seriously.

  • And if they don't go tonight, I will myself and go get her.

  • They're not taking me seriously.

  • T B.

  • I isn't because I have not fully told them.

  • I've been like, Hey, like my mom camped out in Mendota, you know, to go check them out.

  • But I've never been like, hey, specifically, Hey, she's in.

  • She's like in a silver camper because my mom did threaten me like, you know, if I told anybody, I'm not going to get into that.

  • But she did.

  • So she's pushing it all on her mom, which her mom was probably very well involved, too.

  • She very well could be I don't know, Um, but to say all this and be like they're not taking me seriously because I've lied to them and done nothing for two months.

  • And I know the campground and the color of the camper that my daughter is supposedly in Now, granted, a silver camper probably isn't gonna stand out that much in the crowd, but I'd be banging on every silver camper I could find there.

  • Uh, she said that her mother was just going off on her after the Amber Alert was announced on the 19.

  • Um, she also wanted to address rumors about her family.

  • And this is another quote from again.

  • The mother, she said Gypsies are not a cult.

  • They have been asking people, if there is like a gypsy ringleader and like, I mean, like, who were not like ringleaders were not like out here kidnapping babies or anything like that.

  • Well, yeah, and like my dad's very proud of that, you know?

  • But he's just mad about the rumors going around like trashing them because, like, we're not a cult, you know what I mean?

  • We're not, like, nothing like that at all.

  • Uh, that's confusing on its own.

  • So, uh, Sullivan County Sheriff's Office went searching a campground in Mendota and found nothing.

  • Um, been on the 25th.

  • The CBS affiliate reported that Meghan told them in a face with message that she was pregnant and could not take a polygraph test because of it.

  • And this is whatever we talked about.

  • There's no reason for her to take a polygraph test.

  • There's no reason that they no one, had even asked her to take one.

  • And there's no reason that a pregnancy, as far as I know, would keep you from taking one, if you know how a poly how a polygraph works.

  • Um, the other thing about that is that a polygraph taking your heart rate and stuff like that into consideration.

  • Your heart rate may be different when you're pregnant.

  • It may be higher.

  • Like my particular, I've had high blood pressure, but they're going to take whatever you're What's the word I'm looking for?

  • Uh, there's a word for it, but I can't think of it right now.

  • But whatever your constant is at that moment in time at that day, they're going to ask you a few basic questions that are true questions like What is your name?

  • And that's a question they know the answer to.

  • They know you're telling the truth, and they can see that your heart rates remaining the same.

  • And it's not changing when you tell the truth.

  • So it wouldn't matter if you have, like an elevated heart rate due to pregnancy.

  • If you have low pressure due to pregnancy or anything like that, like you're still gonna have a stable heart rate like it's still gonna be kind of constant unless something is spiking it.

  • So let's see if there's anything newer than that.

  • I mean, another one more thing they were, but let me scroll through here really quick.

  • Later that evening, Meghan was at Sullivan County Sheriff's Office talking with investigators for several hours.

  • There were unsubstantiated reports circulating on social media that investigators were going to Mendota to search for Evelyn.

  • The sheriff's office said that was not true.

  • So this is just rumors going on Facebook.

  • Basically, uh, investigators did ask US marshals and the Washington County Virginia Sheriff's Office to check the camber campgrounds, but there has been no further mention of that search.

  • Um, let's see.

  • Sorry for the silence.

  • I'm just checking on the last bits of it because I'm almost up to today and I just wanna make sure I don't miss anything.

  • Uhm, reporter arrived on the scene of the sheriff's office on the 25th around 5 p.m. They announced yes.

  • So this is on the 25th.

  • The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced that Meghan, the mother, had been taken into custody.

  • She was charged with false reporting by the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office, and her daughter is still missing.

  • They set her bond at $25,000 she is being held at the Sullivan County Jail on the 26.

  • They held a press conference after her arrest.

  • Um, talking about, um, false reporting after continuously giving bad information and conflicting reports.

  • And this is a quote from investigator Andrew Seybolt.

  • Every time we talk to her, her story changes.

  • I'm serious when I say every single time like that's it's just it's like the worst cover up in the worst acting and the worst line I've ever seen.

  • I think in any kind of investigation like this, I'm really glad to know that she has been arrested because everybody around here that knows about it we've just been flabbergasted that she hadn't yet at that point, because it's so obvious that she's full of shit, basically.

  • Um, just after the conference ended on the 25th investigators in Wilkes County received a tip and kicked off a search for Evelyn near a pond in Wilkes County.

  • Um, this is located north of Wilkesboro.

  • Um, just after 4 p.m. It was reported that property at the center of the search in Wilkes County, North Carolina, was connected to Boswell through family property, records show.

  • A home near the pond is owned by a family member of William Macleod, the boyfriend of Evelyn's grandmother, and I believe he was mentioned earlier.

  • He was arrested with the grandmother, originally around 5 20 PM, the Wilkes County Sheriff's Office Sheriff's office announced.

  • The search for Evelyn in the pond was inconclusive.

  • Investigators used a remote operated vehicle to search the pond and found nothing.

  • Um, so this is just in closing, See, On Wednesday evening, a friend of Megan's, the mother spoke to the CBS affiliate.

  • She said she believed Meghan knew where Evelyn Waas and who had her, Um, investigators have said that Meghan has continued to offer conflicting stories Later that evening, the, uh, this news affiliates spoke with Macleod, who was the grandmother's boyfriend, over the phone.

  • He had called a hood bonding in Kingsport, Tennessee, and they were able to interview him.

  • He said he had only seen Evelyn one or two times since he began dating Angela Boswell, the grandmother, in June 2019.

  • He said he offered to do a polygraph test and offered his DNA to investigators to clear his name.

  • Um, this is the only time where I don't really find that suspicious personally.

  • I mean, again, anybody's like a suspect.

  • He could be involved as well, but that he's saying, I've only seen her so many times.

  • You can have my DNA.

  • If you find anything suspicious here it is to compare it to, you know, I'll do a polygraph, whatever.

  • That kind of sounds like someone who was at the wrong place at the wrong time, whatever, and just doing what they can to be like.

  • I wasn't involved, so I don't know how I feel about him since it all here.

  • But that doesn't sound suspicious to me.

  • As of 10 p.m. On Wednesday night, that was last night the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office said that there were no updates on Evelyn so sadly on, and there is a reward.

  • Information leading to her has increased to $59,850 for information on Evelyn's whereabouts.

  • If you know anything about the case or everyone's whereabouts, you're asked to call 1 800 TB.

  • I find, um so, sadly, this Portland girl is still missing.

  • Who knows where she is, what's happened to her?

  • I hate to think the worst, but she is only 15 months old and not with family, obviously.

  • So I definitely going to be keeping on top of this case because I can't wait to see what happens.

  • And hopefully that the mother kind of gets hers again.

  • I'm gonna attach a cliff at the end here if I can find it of the mother crying on the news and you can see exactly how full of shit she looks.

  • Um, I am really keeping this little girl in my thoughts.

  • I hope you will do, too.

  • And I hope they can find her and find some sort of peace to this some sort of resolution to this.

  • But in the meantime, This is what's going on.

  • Um, we probably won't know any more for a while.

  • Just how cases like this tend to go.

  • It tends to take a while, especially with no information.

  • So, um, that's all.
