andthecardsmailedouttoeveryoneonourlist. Forthetrulyfortunate, it's a happytimeoftheyear – anoccasionwhenpeoplegatherwithfamilies
andexchangegifts, andeattoomuch, andlaughmorethanwehavein a long, longtime. Butformanypeoplewhogatherwiththeirfamiliesandlovedones,
ifwe'rereally, reallyhonest, it's a timeofvulnerability. Wearefacedwithsometoughdecisionsatourannualholidayfamilyget-togethers.
Wemustdecidewhetherornottocomeoutas a gayman, lesbian, bisexual, ortransgenderperson. OrwestruggleoverwhetherweshouldadmittoourRepublicanfamilymembers
thatwe're a ragingliberalorviceversa. OrwewonderifthisistherighttimetorevealourHIVstatus. Orwe'renotsurewhetherornottoadmitthatwe'vedecidedtowalkawayfromtheChurch
