The world is always changing and what we have to understand is what is important. So, we need students to get challenged to work hard, to get the latest of academic expertise, to get all the applications and the tools that you use in the work day right away and we also need the students to be able to choose the things that they find engaging and meaningful. The Stockholm School of Economics is a great place to study finance, because we bring together a great set of faculty, a fantastic, talented group of students every year and we are very tightly connected to the Northern European finance industry. There's a lot of practical experience and a lot of the classes are taught using real-world experiences. So, we do a lot of cases on what's been happening in the past few years. We use the things that we learn in class and apply that to real case studies. And as we do a lot of work in groups, it requires a lot of social interactions as well. You never have the feeling that what you're taught is not needed in the practical world. And we offer students a great amount of choice in exactly what they want to study. And all together, this makes it a great program. It's been fantastic and it's super fun to be in a community where there's a lot of very intelligent individuals that are very engaged and there's a lot to learn, not just from teachers, but also from your fellow peers. A big surprise for me was how cooperative and how supportive everyone is. For example, we get a coach and we get professional career coaching. The Master's in Finance students get an individualized coaching program that supports them in finding their professional path. So, we use methods from the real business life and we give them tools that they can use both during their studies here, but also in their professional life once they leave school. A lot of our students work in the financial sector in Stockholm, in London, in Frankfurt, in Shanghai, and so on. Many students work in consulting. Many students work in non-financial corporations and a fair number nowadays work in startups, especially in FinTech, but also in other startups. I think it's fair to say that in the beginning of your career you need to have a certain skillset. You need to be fairly analytical. You need to be able to grasp a vast amount of information. You need to be able to draw conclusions quickly, back them up with facts and financial analyses and so on. And all that you learn from the Finance Master's at SSE. We prepare our students for their first job and we also prepare them for their long career. They need to have a lot of skills, particular things that you know exactly how to do, that you have practiced a lot and then you have the judgment to apply correctly. They also need the insight, the perspective and the wisdom that can carry them through over a long career trajectory and we hope to provide all of this in two years. First of all, you have a very supportive environment. You have the tools you're going to need in the finance-oriented career and you also have a big variety of nationalities and a beautiful city like Stockholm. Honestly, I can't ask for more right now.
