Okay, I'm Anise Perryman and I've been studying theatre design at Wimbledon
which has been an interesting development in my artwork
and basically for this project, my final project, I decided to go down the costume route
because that's what I'm passionate about and I ended up going down a route to do with recycling
so all my clothes are made from recycled materials of various things, rubber gloves, rags and cardboard masks
and also feathers, they're from a place called the Scrap Scheme in Tooting and there's various other scrap schemes
and basically the idea was that we all got dressed up in these crazy outfits and went around to various public spaces
and talked to people about recycling and how much materials go to waste every year
which is tonnes and tonnes and tonnes, so I mean hopefully I can take it further, do other things with it
but that's what we've done so far and it's been really cool and fun and exciting.
