even a number of people out there trying to invent it, or trying to find a way to
make this better. So, and they know of course since the need is there that
they'll be able to sell their invention or sell their system. So this kind of
pushes them. It drives them it stimulates them to do it. Yeah let's continue. Some
others say this expression can also mean if someone really needs to do something
one will find a way to do it. It could be used that way sometimes too. Let's continue. When
e-commerce was starting to grow in the early days of the Internet . an easier
smoother and safer payment system was needed. Yeah. But people wanted to buy things
online and you don't blame people in this situation. They were a little
worried about giving their credit card information to every time they wanted to
make purchase online and that way they would have to give their credit card
information to each individual seller, and you know of course the more times
you gave it out, the more risk you were really taking. You know, was this an
honest seller ? Or if you're selling to so many or you're giving your
information to so many vendors , you're thinking well eventually your
information may end up in the wrong hands. Maybe somebody who may want to
cheat you or try to put extra charges or expenses
on your credit card. So it was holding people back from buying some things on
the Internet. So therefore along came this company
which was PayPal and they helped make it easier and smoother. So let's continue
here. So thus PayPal was soon born and it was one of the first companies Elon
Musk and a hand in. Yeah so this way when people wanted to buy something they only
to give had heir information to just one company, and then all the other
companies that signed up with PayPal they could buy from them. So this made
things a lot easier. This was a really necessary step in order for the online
e-commerce to pick up. And even people small-time vendors that didn't have a
credit card system where they accept credit cards could also sign up for
PayPal. So they had even more people that could sell through it So therefore this
was really big in helping the beginning of e-commerce on the Internet. So let's continue. This is a typical
sort of example in which we would use the proverb 'Necessity is the mother of invention. " Because the need
was there, somebody found a way to help solve this problem or to deal with this
problem. Either by creating an invention or creating a system or a method. Okay anyway, I hope it's
