iron is hot. Okay. Let's take a look at the note here. If we say that someone

better strike while the iron is hot. Well you know now that she's separated from
the old boyfriend you might have this short time period. You know, in between.
You got a strike while the iron is hot. All right. Let's look at number three. The
housing market has hit its peak. If you are ever going to sell you should do it
now before the market reverses. Before it starts to go down too much. You have to
strike while the iron is hot. That's the way we use it. Okay. Anyway, I hope you got
