メイクアップを全部取ってしまいましょう！

So first up, I gotta rip these eyelashes off.

まず最初は、付けまつげを取るところからです。

This is the best part of the day.

これが何とも最高の瞬間で。

Freedom.

自由になったー。

Taking these babies off is probably my favorite thing to do.

これを取ることって、私のお気に入りの 1 つかも知れないですね。

It's like taking off my bra.

ブラジャーを外すのと同じ感じ。

I put the lashes in my little home.

まつげはこのケースに入れてしまっておきます。

And I'm going to show you guys my Korean inspired skincare routine.

そして今から韓国流のスキンケア・ルーティーンをお見せしましょう。

So normally it's ten steps.

通常は10段階あるんですけど

But since I'm traveling, I minimized it to seven.

旅行中なので、7 段階まで簡素化しました。

Minimalism is great.

ミニマリズム最高。

So the first step I'm using an oil-based cleanser.

まず最初のステップは、オイルベースのクレンザーを使います。

This is my favorite.

これは私のお気に入りで

Its Clinique Take the Day Off.

Clinique の Take the Day Off です。

And as you can see it is well loved.

ご覧の通り、結構活躍してくれてますよね

I have scooped a lot out of it.

これまでたくさん使ってきましたから。

So this is how much I usually take.

通常、これぐらいの量を使います。

And I'm just going to start putting it all across my face.

そして顔全体に塗り込んでいくんですね。

And this is just going to melt everything off.

そうすると全てが溶け落ちていくというわけです。

And at first it feels weird to like rub this all up in your business but I swear it won't break you out.

最初は全体にくまなく塗っていくのって変な感じがするんですけど、慣れれば全然平気になりますから。

it's just going to remove everything and just melt everything away.

何もかもを溶かし出してきれいにしてくれるんです。

Just give your face a little massage.

顔を軽くマッサージしたりして。

It's quite therapeutic.

何かホッとする感じ。

It looks like its pretty much all melted off.

全部溶け落ちた感じですね。

I'm going to put the water onto hot and I'm gonna rinse this off.

そうしたら温水を出して、洗い流します。

Now we are going to get into our second part which is another cleanser.

さて、次のステップに行くんですけど、ここでも別のクレンザーを使います。

K-beauty is all about double cleansing.

韓国式美容ってダブルクレンジングが主流ですから。

That is basically a fancy word of just saying that you wash your face twice.

まあ、早い話が顔を 2 回洗うってだけのことなんだけど。

So I am using this Jelly Ball Cleanser by Bliss.

というわけで、私はこの Bliss から発売されている Jelly Ball Cleanser を使います。

And I've been obsessed with it because it's just like so squishy and so it's really fun to use.

これにハマってるんですけど、だってプニョプニョしていて使っていて楽しいから。

You just literally put it over hot water then you just lather this baby up and you just put it on your face.

文字通り温水をかけて泡立てて、顔に塗るわけです。

This is going to get all the last remnants of any makeup on your face.

これで顔に残っているメイクアップの残りを完全に取り除くことができるわけです。

And then rinse.

そして洗い流します。

Now that we've cleansed, we are going to put the goodness back into our face.

というわけで洗い流しが終わったので、今度は栄養分を顔に戻してあげます。

I'm using SK-II's Facial Treatment Clear Lotion.

私は SK-II の Facial Treatment Clear Lotion を使っています。

This is basically their toner and of course it got the little travel size.

これは基本的には化粧水で、旅行用サイズも用意されています。

I'm just going to pat it on my face and this is just going to balance out all of the PH levels on your skin.

顔に軽く叩いて塗り込んであげると、お肌の PH 値のバランスが整えられます。

And don't forget your neck.

首も忘れないでくださいね。

So now this next product is my holy grail.

次にご紹介する商品は私にとっては聖なる一品で。

It is SK-II's Facial Treatment Essence.

SK-II の Facial Treatment Essence です。

Essence is basically a product that just puts all the amino acids and and other things that are good for your skin back into your face.

エッセンスっていうのは、基本的にアミノ酸とかの肌に良い成分を顔に吸収させるための製品で

And the thing with an essence is that you want to make a pool of it in your hand and immediately just slather it all over your skin and it's just gonna drink it right up.

使い方としては手のひらの上に溜めてあげて、素早くお肌全体にたっぷりと吸収させてやる感じになります。

And it takes just a couple seconds to dry.

乾燥するには 2 ～ 3 秒しかかかりません。

I like to fan just to speed up the process.

手であおいであげるとさらに速く乾燥します。

So my skin just drank all that up and now it is time for serum.

さて、お肌が全部吸収しましたから、今度は美容液の出番です。

This is the Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Serum.

これは Dr. Jart+ の Cicapair Serum です。

And I love this because it has centella asiatica.

特にこれにはセキセツソウ、っていうか

Asiatica?

セキセツでいいのかな？

Asiatica?

セッキセツかな？

I am totally pronouncing that wrong.

まあ、言い方は間違ってると思うんですけど。

But it's in here.

まあ、それが入ってるんですよ。

And I like to just put one of these drops and I'm going to just apply it on my face.

これを1滴たらして顔に塗るわけです。

And it smells so good.

良い香りがするんですよ。

It's smells like tiger balm.

タイガーバームみたいな臭い。

It's very cooling and it just reminds me of my mom honestly.

ひんやりした感じで、何気にお母さんのことを思い出しますね。

I feel like my mom is here.

お母さんがここにいるみたい。

So we are coming to the finish line.

いよいよ終わりに近づいてきました。

We've got the night cream.

今度はナイトクリームですね。

Check out my tiny travel sized La Mer of the moisturizing soft cream.

旅行用小型サイズのLa Merのmoisturizing soft creamです。

And this is just going to lock all the products that we put on our face and it's just gonna seal the deal.

これは今までに塗り込んだものを顔の肌の中にしっかりと閉じ込めて、効果を持続させてくれるものです。

And it's just gonna make sure that our skin is looking bright and happy in the morning.

そして、朝起きた時にお肌が明るく健康的になってるというわけです。

And the last step is of course––

そして、最後のステップはもちろん…

The eye cream, I have been loving this one by Sisley.

アイクリームですけど、Sisley のこの製品は特に気に入って使っています。

It is their mask contour.

色合いにメリハリを出してくれて

I am obsessed with this; it's very thick.

これにハマっています。濃厚ですから

So I apply maybe like that amount onto my eyes.

だいたいこれくらいを目元に塗っていきます。

And so I'm going to break that up in half and I'm just going to apply it underneath my eyes and also the side for those crows feet.

量を半分にして目の下のあたりに塗って、それから目じりにも塗ります。

Wrinkles are all about prevention so I'm just gonna really make it rub in.

シワは予防が大切ですから、徹底してすり込んでいきます。

Alright, eye cream is on.

さてと、アイクリームを塗り終わったし

Eye glasses are on.

眼鏡をかけて
