The following short film was shot entirely on the Galaxy Note9.

Today is just another day.

This man is going home from work.

He had the night shift, and will probably fall asleep.

This girl just got out of class.

She can't wait until she gets her driver's license.

And this man is ditching work.

He might get in trouble, but he's been at his firm for three years, and is thinking about quitting anyway.

Today is just another day for her.

Well, not entirely.

Because she has a cold.

Working at a daycare means getting all those snotty kid germs, but it pays the bills and she truly does love the children.

The man clears his throat.

He wonders, "Is it possible to catch a cold that quickly?"

It'll be something he googles later.

He doesn't want to get sick. Why?

Because this afternoon, he's having lunch with his cousin.

His cousin is bringing several single friends, and he's hoping one of them will be cute.

Maybe today won't just be another day.

Maybe today is the beginning of something grand.

He's counting on it.

You see, every couple has a beginning.

A day that they first meet.

Their first date.

A starting point for what will become a lifelong relationship of twists and turns, ups and downs, struggles and joys, and overall true love.

These decade-old story filled relationships all have a modest beginning.

A single day,

a single moment,

today is just another day

but somewhere out there, someone is going to meet a random person or make a new friend who will eventually turn into the love of their life.

Today is not just another day for them.

Today will become something so much more.

A date they celebrate and cherish.

And today is looking good for this man, because at the last second, his cousin had to cancel and won't be able to make it to lunch.

But he forgot to tell one of his friends

and she has already arrived.

They laugh and share a wonderful afternoon together.

Accidentally, having a first date on their first time meeting.

But,

Today is not their day.

They will see eachother a few more weeks and subsequently

begin to lose interest in one another.

Their personalities begin to show signs of incompatibility,

and he responds to her less often.

She's old enough to get the hint

and not feel sorry for herself.

She moves along swiftly.

Today is not their day.

Because of her cold, she decides to stay at home for the night.

while her roommate is having friends over.

She is mildly annoyed.

It'll be something she brings up to her roommate later.

The girl catches the eye of one of the guests.

He asks the roommate about her.

A couple weeks later, they see each other again

when the roommate invites them both out.

From this point, they take the reigns.

After some social media exchanges, they have their first official date.

They have no idea that a lifelong relationship began here.

Because today was just another day.

For him.

And for her.

because there are tens of thousands of normal days we go through,

when we first started Wong Fu Productions.

Thanks to the Pro Mode on the Galaxy Note9, we were able to unlock the camera's full potential.

That meant adjusting ISO, white balance, and even aperture.

We could even pull our own manual focus, which was awesome.

So yeah!
