and then carefully but slowly

ゆっくりと慎重に切ります。

cut, using no weight or power, down to the stone in the middle

力を入れ過ぎないで、中の種に至るまで

and slowly rotate the avocado so it just gently cuts around

そしてアボカドをゆっくり回して切っていきます。

Twist it and then tap it on the board

ひねってまな板の上で包丁を振り下げます。

and off it comes

これで種を取れます。
