However, we're not all born equal

我々は皆同様に誕生する

Who will you be? What will you become?

しかし皆平等に誕生するわけではない

Some people are born to be leaders, effecting great change amongst their people

どんなものに　何になるのだろうか？

Others are born into mediocrity, living unremarkable lives

人々の心を動かす指導者として生まれる者もいれば

But for some

平凡に生まれ、月並みな人生を送る者もいる

Life will be a constant battle offering zero opportunities

だがある意味で

So how can nothing... be something?

ゼロはこれから続く戦いに なるであろう「人生」からチャンスをもらうことになった存在すらしないものが

School was the only place where Zero received attention

何か特別なものになれるのか？

He learnt important life lessons like his value in society

学校だけが唯一、ゼロが相手にしてもらえる場所だった

And that it was forbidden for his denomination to multiply

ゼロは世間での自分自身の存在 価値が何であるのかを学んだ

Sometimes Zero was made to feel like a much larger number

それは、ゼロと同様の掛け合わせを してはならないということだ

But the children only wanted to remind him that a zero is a zero no matter which way you face

時に 自分が本当はもっと大きな数かもしれないと感じた

As Zero grew into an adult, he walked a lonely path

だが子どもたちは、どこへ行こうが何をしようが B所詮「ゼロはぜロ」と言う事をゼロに思い知らせた

Despite his numerical shortcomings, Zero felt he had something to offer

やがてゼロは大人へと成長し、孤独な人生を歩んだ

Zero never allowed bad situations to get him down...

数的に劣っているにもかかわらず、 ゼロは何か使命感を感じた

He didn't want to be a negative number

ゼロは困難な状況にも決して負けなかった

It wasn't the first time Zero awoke with a battered and bruised body...

ゼロは負数にはなりたくなかった

But this time was different

いつものように殴られボロボロの 身体で目が覚めたときだった

For the first time Zero felt unaware of his lowly number

だが今回は何かが違う

In the company of his new friend, he felt as important as a three...

ゼロは「自分はただ知られていない 小さいだけの数」ということに気付いた

Or even a four

新しく友達である仲間の存在は、ゼロにとって３くらい

But the most wonderful sensation

いや４くらい大切に思えた

Was the feeling of belonging

だが一番の喜びは居場所がある ことを実感できることだった

A lifetime of loneliness faded into the past

孤独な人生はやがて過ぎ去って行った

Along with the notion that their love was forbidden

禁断の愛と言う概念とともに

As the world continued without him

時が経つにつれ

Zero wondered how he could ever continue without his love?

ゼロは「この愛なしで自分はどう 生き抜けるのか」と思い始めた

The newborn bore the mark of infinity

新たに「無限大」という命が誕生し

The largest and most respected number the people had ever seen

それは最大であり、かつて誰も 見たことのない尊い数であった

Zero knew that for a nothing...

ゼロは存在すらしないものと知っていながら 真の素晴しいものを創り出した

He had created something truly magnificent
