Maisy goes to nursery

メイジーは保育園に行く

Today was a very good day for Maisy because she went to nursery.

今日はメイジーが保育園に行ったので、とてもいい日でした。

There's always so much to do at nursery, and so many friends to see.

保育園ではいつもたくさんのことをして、たくさんのお友達に会うことができます。

First Maisy hung her coat on her own special peg with her name on it.

メイジーはまずコートを自分の名前を書いた特別なペグに掛けました。

"Hello, Dotty," she said.

"こんにちは、ドッティ "と彼女は言った。

"Hello, Maisy," said Dotty.

"こんにちは、メイジー "とドッティは言った。

"Look, Cyril must be here too, and Tallulah."

"シリルもここにいるはずだ タルーラも"

"Good Morning Maisy and Dotty" said Mr Peacock.

"おはよう メイジーとドッティ" とピーコックさんは言った。

"We are starting with painting today."

"今日は塗装から始めます"

What brilliant painting! Mr peacock helped put them up on the wall. "That's my new house." Maisy said.

なんて素晴らしい絵なんでしょう。孔雀さんが壁に貼るのを手伝ってくれました。"私の新しい家よ"メイジーは言いました。

"And that's Maisy and me, dancing," said Dotty.

"そしてそれはメイジーと私が踊っている "とドッティは言った。

At elevenses, they had drinks, biscuits, and fruit.

エレベーションズでは、飲み物やビスケット、フルーツを食べていました。

"Thank you very, very, very much" Tallulah said. "Oh, yummy, scrummy!"

"とても、とても、ありがとうございます "とトールラは言った。"ああ、おいしそう、スクランブル！"

Maisy and Dotty went to the little toilets.

メイジーとドッティは小さなトイレに行きました。

Tallulah reminded them to wash their hands.

タルーラは手を洗うようにと念を押した。

"Book time!"called Mr Peacock. "Gather round, everybody!"

"本の時間だ！"と孔雀さんは言った"みんな集まって！"

They all sat together and listened quietly to the story. "Once upon a time..."

みんなで座って静かに話を聞いていました。"むかしむかし..."

Then it was quiet time. Everybody fetched their blankets and snuggled down for a nap.

その後、静かな時間になりました。みんな毛布を持ってきて、寄り添ってお昼寝をしました。

Then came a noisy time. Maisy played the guitar. Dotty played the drums.

その後、騒がしい時間がやってきました。メイジーはギターを弾いた。ドッティがドラムを演奏しました。

Everybody played something and joined in for a sing-song.

みんなで何かを演奏して、参加して歌いました。

Out in the garden, everyone got busy... digging in the sandpit..

園庭では、みんなで砂場を掘ったりと大忙し。

playing with a ball... driving the toy car...

ボール遊び...おもちゃの車の運転...

Skipping... dancing...

飛び跳ねて...踊って...

Playing on the see-saw.

シーソーで遊ぶ。

Oh, how busy they all were, until it was time to go home. Maisy really likes nursery.

帰る時間になるまで、みんな忙しくしていました。メイジーは本当に保育園が好きなんですね。

"Goodbye, Dotty. Goodbye, Maisy" "Goodbye, Mr Peacock."What a very good day!

"さよなら ドッティ"さよなら メイジー" "さよなら ピーコックさん" "なんていい日なんだ！
