Wengie: And without further ado, let's have a look at these bets, that you can never lose! Let's go!

Wengie: Okay Wendy, we're gonna have a race!

Wendy: Okay, what do we have to do?

Wengie: Without moving your Coke bottle, you're gonna fill up your cup with Coke, only using what's in front of you!

Wendy: Er, all I have is this straw!

Wengie: Yep, that's it, are you ready?

Wendy: Okay, I got this!

Wengie: Ready, set, go!

Wengie: Looks like it's taking a bit of time, there, Wendy? Here's how you do it quickly! ⏰

Wengie: This bet requires some lateral thinking, and, most of your friends probably won't be able to figure out the trick, basically, by sealing the bottle opening, and blowing air into it, you're creating pressure in the bottle, which forces the Coke out of the straw straight into your cup, this method will fill up the cup much faster than any other method, and, you'll be the winner of this bet, every time!

Wendy: Woooow!

Wengie: Done, see!

Wengie: Hey Wendy, you're amazing at books, right?

Wendy: Hey, do you have my book? I was looking for them!

Wengie: You can have them back if you can separate them after I join them together!

Wendy: What?

Wengie: I'm not going to use glue, or anything dodgy, I'm just going to alternate the pages like this!

Wengie: And, now, you're going to take them apart, bet, you can't do it!

Wendy: What? That's it! This is gonna be so easy!

Wengie: This initially seems like a super easy challenge to win, right, I mean, there's no glue, or string, or any magic tricks involved, but, you do have is physics, by internally leaving the pages from each book with each another, you're actually increasing the surface area, each page is in contact with one another by a huge amount, this causes so much friction, that's it actually becomes impossible to peel the books apart from each other, no matter how strong you are, test this on your strong guy friends as well, and, they still won't be able to do it!

Wendy: Ah, what did you do?

Wengie: You need to go to the gym, Wendy!

Wendy: Is this a kind of magic?

(Wendy struggling to take the books apart)

Wendy: My book!

Wendy: Hey Wengie, let's have a competition!

Wengie: Sure!

Wendy: Because, basically, you're gotta fill up your balloon with all of your Coke in any way, that you can!

Wengie: Sounds pretty easy!

Wendy: But, whoever does it first, is the winner!

Wengie: Okay! I got this!

Wendy: 3,2,1! 3️⃣,2️⃣ 1️⃣

Wengie: Did you guys see what I did there? Basically, most people would first blow up their balloon, and then, try, put the balloon inwards, but, you can save a lot of time by just putting your balloon straight over the cap, and then, shaking the Coke bottle, this generates gas automatically, which fills up your balloon, and also forces the Coke into it at the same time, that's why you will never lose the bet because you know the secret trick, and, despite poor Wengie, your friend will be amazed at how quickly you beat them!

Wendy: Still going there?

Wengie: I did it!

Wendy: Wengie, I finished ages ago!

Wengie: How?

Wendy: Hey Wengie, who do you think is stronger?

Wengie: Erm, I think it's pretty close!

*Music playing*

Wendy: Okay, but, if you use two arms, and I use one arm, who'd be stronger?

Wengie: Duh, me, of course!

Wendy: Well, I'm going to put my hand on my head like this, and I bet, you can't lift my hand off my head! ✋

Wengie: Huh?

Wendy: You can use both arms, I'm just gonna use my one arm here!

Wengie: Seriously, this is gonna be a piece of cake!

Wendy: Give up yet?

Wengie: Mmm, what?

Wengie: If you and your friend isn't a huge bodybuilder, you'll never lose this bet, obviously, things, like two arms versus one arm, isn't really a fair battle, normally, it would be, by putting your hand on top of your head like this, it'll be normally just your arm, your friend will try to lift, by contracting your arm muscles, you're basically adding the entire weight of your body onto your arm, so, the competition actually comes two arms versus your entire body weight, it doesn't really become fair anymore now, doesn't it?

Wengie: Can't do it, what happened? Did I get weaker?

Wengie: Hey Wendy, I bet you played Tic - Tac - Toe, you'll never beat me no matter how many times you play!

Wendy: Seriously, what if we played a hundred times? 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣⏰

Wengie: Even with a hundred times, you still won't win! ⏰

Wendy: What? No way, let's do this, you're on!

Wendy: Ahhh, this is impossible!

Wengie: Okay, so, I won forty - four times, you won thirty times, do you give up?

Wendy: I give up!

*Music playing*

Wengie: So, there's a way to never lose in Tic - Tac - Toe, you basically either win or draw a 100% of the time, if you go first, take the center square, if your opponent takes the side square, then you automatically win by picking a corner square, which they'll need to block, and then, you can win by picking a square, that gives you two giving options, here, and here, which they won't be able to stop, if your opponent takes a corner square, then you're most likely end in a draw, but, taking the opposing corner square gives you a small chance of winning, if they take a side square!

Wengie: If you go second, you'll need to either take the middle square if they didn't take it first turn, or a corner square, if they took the middle square, so then, your next move depends on theirs, but with that start, you should never lose if you play the rest of the gam smartly!

(Noise)♨️

Wendy: Hey Wengie, I bet, you can't lift this Coke bottle without touching the bottle, one rule is, you have to leave the straw in the bottle!

Wengie & Wendy: Err, okay, let me go it a go! Here, you go!

Wengie: Err!

Wengie: Oh gosh!

Wengie: Come on, come on, little Coke bottle! You can do it!

Wengie: What's it like? What's if I did it?

Wengie: Magic powers, I give up!

(Noise)♨️

Wendy: All right, Wengie, you've suffered enough, let me show you how!

Wengie: This bet seems completely impossible at first, how are you meant to lift a glass bottle without touching it whilst keeping the straw inside the bottle? When your friend finally gives up, tell them, that it requires some lateral thinking, just pick up the straw, make a bend at the bottom of the straw, and, place the straw back inside the bottle until the straw unfolds again, if you do this correctly, the straw actually catch on the curve of the bottle neck, and you'll now be able to easily lift up the bottle without touching it!

Wendy: See, it is possible!

Wengie: Woww!

Wendy: Hey Wengie, do you think you can snap this pasta into two pieces?

Wengie: Well, sure, that sounds pretty easy!

Wendy: Okay, so, the rules are, has to be exactly two pieces, and, you have to hold the pasta at the very end!

(Silent movement)

Wengie: Like this! ➖

Wendy: Yes, exactly!

Wengie: Okay!

Wengie: You always win this bet because the pasta will never stack in two neat pieces unless you hold your fingers close together, what happens when you bend the pasta from either, and, when it snaps is, that a lot of force is suddenly transmitted through the entire length of the pasta, not just the middle part, so, instead of breaking into two pieces, it shatters into many pieces when it eventually snaps!

Wengie: Hey, what happened?

Wendy: Look, Wengie, it's like in ten pieces, I asked for two pieces!

Wengie: Let me try again!

Wengie: Oh, why won't it break into two pieces?

Wengie: Hey Wendy, I bet, you can't snap this toothpick in half!

Wendy: Obviously, I can, that's so easy!

Wengie: Oh, wait, first, you got to put it on the tips of your fingers like it!

Wendy: Like this!

Wengie: Yeah, that's right!

Wendy: Mmm, I still think I can snap it though,it looks pretty easy!

Wengie: Okay, we'll give it a try, then!

Wendy: Ah, ah, I can't do it! Why?

Wengie: Okay, here, let me tell you why!

Wengie: Most people think that because a toothpick is super thin, it's easy to snap, but not, if you try, and do it from this position, the reason is because your fingers are so close together, you have less distance to use as a lever to break the toothpick, you're also decreasing the strength of your fingers as this is where they are the weakest!

Wendy: Hey Wengie, I'm gonna put the lid into the coke bottle like this!

Wengie: Yeah!

Wendy: It's pretty much in right! ➡️

Wengie

Wengie: Uh - huh!

Wendy: Well, I bet, you can't blow the lid into the Coke bottle the rest of the way!

Wengie: What? It's almost already inside, it's so easy!

Wendy: Are you gonna get it a go?

Wengie: Okay!

(Silent movement)

Wengie: Aw, I give up, and I'm dizzy!

Wendy: Okay, let me tell you why!

Wengie: This bet initially seems so easy to win, after all, the pen lid is already pretty much already in the bottle, so it should be pretty easy to get it the rest of the way in right, the trick is to place the pen lid in with the hole pointing inwards, this way, what happens when you try, and blow the lid inside, is that the air goes around the lid, bounces off the bottom of the bottle, and then, pushes the lid back out, this bet is guaranteed to frustrate your friends so much!

Wengie: Hey Wendy, I have a challenge for you, okay, I'm range these four match - sticks into a square!

Wengie: And I bet that using these two matchsticks, that you can't pick up that square!

Wendy: Okay, I'll try!

Wengie: Good luck!

Wendy: Ahhh, ah, Mia's! Ah!

Wendy: Ah!

Wengie: Noom!

Wengie: I give up, okay, here I'll show you how!

Wengie: Most people will try, and pick up this matchstick square by putting pressure along the centre of the matchsticks, but this will usually fail because it's actually incredibly hard to balance it like this, the best way to do this is actually to apply pressure to one end of the matchstick, rather than the middle, this actually distributes the force more evenly through the matchstick, making them easier to balance, and pick up!
