A mystery box on eBay is where somebody sells a box.

You pay money for it but you have no idea what's inside.

I've bought mystery boxes before

and there was some weird stuff in there.

And that brings me to what I just found on eBay

which is a haunted mystery box.

So it's a mystery box.

You don't know what's inside

and it's also allegedly haunted.

The description for the haunted mystery box says

there's a rich history of torment and untimely deaths

stretching out over several owners.

It says they're trying to sell it to weaken the curse.

Okay, that's haunted and cursed.

Ship it to me.

I'll pay ya.

I just found another box.

It says haunted box.

And the person selling this haunted box says

it has a general weird feeling about it.

It may have haunted or spirit activity.

And I'm gonna buy it 'cause I wanna know,

number one, what's in the box

and number two, is it really haunted?

So now I just gotta wait

to get some haunted things in the mail.

My haunted mystery boxes have arrived in the mail.

I'm gonna open them up and then I'm gonna see if

I can talk to any ghosts that might be involved.

These are two haunted mystery boxes.

I feel weird just touching these boxes knowing that like,

whatever's in it is supposed to be cursed or haunted.

It's a little creepy.

Just lighting a little sage while I open

these boxes just in case.

It's supposed to cleanse away bad energy so...

As I open up these haunted boxes,

I'm gonna keep this K2 meter running.

This is a tool that ghost hunters use.

If this spikes and there's no electronics nearby,

that's thought to be a sign of paranormal activity.

I'm just gonna put on gloves when I open these boxes

because strangers mailed me boxes.

I have no idea what's inside.

Whew, I just got really nervous to open this box.

The seller of this haunted mystery box said that

whatever is inside is cursed and that everyone

who's owned it has died an untimely death.

Is there such thing as a timely death?

This backpack belonged to a,

a young child. Who is now a ghost.

And this is the haunted backpack.

This mystery box was $40, the seller says it

comes from a haunted estate.

Am I going to get possessed if I touch this?

That lantern was pretty non-threatening

so I feel a lot less afraid.

This is kind of creepy.

So we got some really old photographs.

There's this of this lady, she seems nice.

There's a second lady, she also seems nice.

I feel like this one is looking at me.

I keep closing this box because, I have to be honest,

these ladies are freaking me out a little bit.

I don't love them looking at me.

But, whatever. I'm sure they're very nice ladies.

This is like some sort of stamp.

It says DE, we got a rusty old nail that says 39 on it.

Some other very rusty nails.

So we got a box with some old pictures and nails in it.

And a haunted lantern.

I'm gonna see if I can communicate with any spirits

that may be associated with them.

My K2 meter did just spike a little.

I'm going to try to use these dowsing rods

to communicate with any spirits that may be present.

These are tool that ghost hunters use to

try to communicate with spirits.

You can get yes or no answers to your questions.

But first, you have to set them and establish

what the yes and no response is.

If there are any spirits present,

I kind of don't believe that.

So I feel like I'm getting mixed messages here.

I've been calling them nice ladies and the

spirits say they were not nice ladies.

That wasn't one of the agreed upon responses.

We learned from the divining rods that this

lantern is not cursed but that it may lead to my

untimely death, which is not great.

This box with the pictures of the ladies in it is haunted.

According to the spirits they weren't nice.

They still seem like they're nice to me,

so I don't know.

I spent almost a hundred dollars on these

haunted mystery boxes and this is what I got.

So we'll see if there's anything else haunting that happens.
