I mentioned in the previous episode how flirting and intentions will help

you avoid the friends zone and now i want to talk about the consequences of being

and nice guy

and how to stop. One reason why men get put in the friend zone in the first place is

because they have what's called "nice guy syndrome." This is where you put

everyone else's needs before yours and a lot of guys suffer from this. In fact

I too

am a recovering nice guy.

So how do you stop?

Well, there's two things. First, you have to think about what you want and go after it.

Literally, I want you to ask yourself what do I want?

What do I want?

What do I want?

What do I want? If the answer is I want so-and-so girl then go for it and don't

take the back road of just being her friend.

If a girl is not willing to be with you and you're interested in her,

do you think a friendship is gonna make this happen?

No. It won't. Ever.

No, I'm not telling you to be a complete asshole, not at all.

I'm just telling you not to settle. Number two, it's time to start creating an

edge.

It's time to make your life

more adventurous. The guy who gets put in the friend zone

is the guy who listens to a girl and solves all of her problems and is there

whenever she needs and

he listens and helps

and this is what he thinks will get her on a date.

But he's wrong.

Girls want excitement, spontaneity, romance, adventure

and it's your job

to bring them those things

and then

you'll escape the wrath

of the friend zone.
