Our pal Chef David Chang and this place called Sun Noodle

我らの友人、デイビッド・チャン シェフと一緒にサン・ヌードルと呼ばれる

made us these special four foot long ramen noodles.

特別に長い、足4つ分にもなるラーメンを用意しました。

There are six of them in this bowl, three for each of us.

このお椀にはそれが6本入っていて、2人で3つずつ。

And we have three shots of sake.

それに、日本酒が3ショットずつ。

You slurp up your whole noodle, then you take a shot --

麺1本をすべてすすったら、1ショット飲む。

-Where do you start -- on this part...

どこから食べるの？ ここから？

-Yeah. -...or the end?

そう。 -それとも、一番下から？

-No, not the end. You start with that part.

いや、下じゃないよ。 ここから食べ始めて。

-You take it out of the stick. That's not some crazy thing.

麺、棒から外してよ。 そうすれば、問題ないわ。

-No, there's not a trick. This is easy to do.

いや、トリックなんかないよ。　簡単さ。

Just slurping noodles like "Lady and the Tramp."

ただ、「わんわん物語」のように麺をすすればいいんだ。

You saw "Lady and the Tramp?" -You start sucking yourself.

「わんわん物語」をみたことある？ -まず、あなたが自分自身をしゃぶってみてよ。

-No.

-"Sucking" --

-Then I see how you suck, and then I try.

-But you have to go with a salsa march.
