Once water boiled, put the diced sweet potatoes in

When boiling again put the several pieces of rock sugar in

Pre-warm the stainless steel food jar by adding hot water in and last for at least 5 mins

you can add some ginger

Now, drain away the hot water from the food jar

Put the sweet potato in the jar first

Then pour the soup in

Finally, close the jar and wait for 6 hours, then you can enjoy the sweet potato desert
