So my name is Gareth David and I'm a freelance designer based in London, UK.

currently i have over 10 years experience in the graphic design industry.

In my experience I have worked full-time freelance for myself and

freelance for agencies. In my experience I have done lots of work ranging across

print and digital, such as designed for events, branding, websites and social media.

So I have created this series to share my experience and give some advice

to aspiring designers at any level who wish to find out more about graphic design on the industry,

maybe you're at school and you're about to choose your future creative career or

maybe your later in life thinking about a career change and wondering how to get

into the design industry. To make this seems easy to watch and understand

I have broken it down into four sections:

Section one graphic design theory.

Section 2 considering a career in graphic design.

Section 3 becoming a graphic designer.

And section four graphic design and beyond.

In section 1 I'll be discussed in graphic design and design theory.

this is essential learning for anyone who wishes to know more about graphic design.

Now if you're considering a career in graphic design and wondering if it's the

right career for you I'll be answering a bunch of key questions in section 2 and

section 3 I'll be answered and key questions on how to become a graphic designer.

In section 4 I'll be talking about what the industry is like

and what the future can hold for a graphic designer.

I'll be touching on some important topics and answer some basic questions

by the end of this series I hope you will have a good understanding of

graphic design and what it's like to be a graphic designer.
