I was there for 5 days

5日間、滞在して

and while I was there I filmed

そこにいる間の

every single thing that I ate

食べたもの全部撮りました

I thought it would make a fun video so I hope

the first place I went to is this very traditional styled

最初に行ったところは昔ながらの

Korean restaurant and we had a dish called

韓国料理屋で、

Samgyetang which is a ginseng chicken soup

サムゲタンと呼ばれるチキンスープを食べたよ

and they put a whole chicken in there

鶏が丸ごと入っていて

its very filling and really yummy I recommend it

たっぷりはいってるし、おいしいので、 オススメします

The next day I when to a cafe with my friend

次の日は友達と一緒にカフェに行きました

Bronwin.They had cakes and really delicious looking

すごくおいしそうなケーキやデザートがあったけど

desserts.But we had breakfast there.So we got

朝食を食べないといけなかったから

a latte and some focaccia it was so yummy

ラテとフォカッチャを食べたよ～ めっちゃ美味しかった

Freshly made focaccia bread and we got the eggs beneddict

出来たてのフォカッチャ あと、エッグベネディクトも食べたよ

because it looked delicious and i love eggs beneddict!

美味しそうだったからね～ エッグベネディクト大好き！

I had a very nice salad and these large-cut potato

サラダもめっちゃ良かった。ポテトもあるよ

次の日は買い物に行ったんだけど

We went shopping the next day and we saw this

ライスバーガーがあった

Rice Burger place on the side of the road

友達のブロウィンが美味しいって言ってたから

and Bronwin said it was really yummy so we had

食べてみたよ

to go in and try one

ハンバーガーみたい

Mine is like usually tin foiled-up

でも...バーガーじゃないね

Oh my gosh...

具と一緒に食べるのが良いのかな？

its like a burger

中にソースたっぷり

but its like..not burger

topped with fresh fruit. SO YUMMY~

and the fruit makes it kinda slightly healthy right?

We also had this apple thing.. I forgot what is this called

メッチャ美味しかった～

But its like an apple pie basically

But the crust is really fluffy and its got like a custard in it

as well.You'll see when we cut it,its really soft.

韓国っぽくないって思うかもしれないけど、

it was really really good~

So we're out for my favourite Korean food now

それとこのヨーグルトが美味しいらしいよ

its like mustard sauce and this is like a spicy

ヴァニラヨーグルトとチョコが入ってて

chilli sauce.

チョコがかかってるcherriosみたいだね

Breakfast in the morning we went to

朝食よりデザートって感じの味だったけどね

the convenience store and I got some strawberry juice

けど気に入った！<3

and Bronwin recommended this yogurt

次はプデチゲ食べに行ったよ

Its a vanilla yogurt and its got chocolate

”軍用鍋”って意味らしい

covered cherrios in it? Kinda like cherrios

なんでかっていうと

Tasted more like dessert than breakfast tho..

北朝鮮と韓国が戦時中だった時、食べ物があんまりなくて

But I loved it!<3

困った人たちが駐在アメリカ軍の基地にいって

Next we went out for some Budaejjigae

残ったご飯をもらってきたの

which is translated as "Army Stew"

もらったやつとか、ラーメン、スパム、ホットドッグとか

its called this is because this dish

野菜、餅、が鍋に全部入ってる

originated during the Korean War when there

サイドメニューもあって

wasn't much food around

キムチと野菜と

so people would go to the US army bases

ご飯があるよ

to get leftovers and they basically combined it

お気に入りのごはんのうちのひとつかな

all in a stew.So it has ramen,hotdogs,spam

コーヒーショップにも行ったよ

vegetables,rice cakes. A little bit of everything

ヘーゼルナッツラテを頼みました

Again we got some side dishes like

ティーハウスにも行って

Kimchi and other vegetables..And a little

アップルラテを頼みました

リンゴの塊も入ってて良かったです

Probably one of my favourite meals

チョコレート緑茶ケーキも頼みました

Then we stopped by at coffee shop

for a hazelnut latte

私は普段あんまり好きじゃないのに

We also went to a tea house that day and

I got this apple latte and it had like chunks of

次の日は韓国式BBQレストランにも行きました

apple in it. It was very interesting

We also got some chocolate Korean tea cake

たぶん6種類のキムチだったかな

This place was famous for their roll cakes

それと他の野菜

and I can see why.I don't normally like them

とっても美味しかったよ。それとカルビスープも飲みました

but it was good

ごはんといっしょに付いてきました。

The next day I went to a Korean BBQ restaurant

スープはダシがきいてて

and look at all those side dishes that this

place comes with. I think there were about 6

different types.Kimchi and other vegetables dishes

麺と餅も入ってます

Really good. And I got this Galbi soup which is like

a beef soup. Again it comes with the rice.

連れてきてくれたよ。とっても良い場所だった

The soup itself has a very simple flavoured broth

100種類のごはんがあって

its kinda just spiced with salt and pepper

どれを食べればいいか迷っちゃった

and inside its got meat that is still on the bone

全部食べようとして、すこしずつとったけど

and some noodles and also some rice cake

全部チョーおいしかった！

The next day my friend Meghan took me out for

デザートには黒ゴマアイスと

a Korean Buffet and this place was so nice

グレーズがかかってるスイートポテトを頼んだよ

they probably had like a hundred different dishes

やばこれめっちゃ上手かった

it was so hard to choose what to eat

ディナーにサムギョプサルを食べたよ

I tried to get a little bit of everything but

とっても韓国らしい食事で。切った豚肉にすっごい脂がのってるの

everything was SO GOOD!!

これは明らかにダイエットフードじゃないね

And for dessert we got this black sesame

ここまじで最高だったよ。だって

ice cream with these glazed sweet potatoes

ついてきたスープが本当においしかった

OH MAH GAWD that ws probably the best part

いろんな野菜と、キムチ。

For dinner I went out for Samgyeopsal which

is a very Korean dish. Its a ..slices of pork

belly,lots of fat on them. This is definitely

not a diet dish. This place is awesome because

it came with two soups which was really yummy

帰り道にBaskin Robbinsでデザートを食べました

and lots of vegetables,kimchi.What you do is you

Baskin Robbinsは常に最高だね

cut up the meat into tiny pieces like this

次の日はキムパプとキムチを食べたよ

using scissors and then you fry it up and you

ミョンドンで買い物してるときにね

wrap it up in a lettuce leaf with some of the kimchi

ランチに伝統的なポリッジレストランにいったよ

and the other fillings..SO GOOD!

Jukっていう料理の名前で

And we stopped by Baskin Robbins for some dessert

基本的にごはんのオートミールで

on the way home.Basically like any other

サーモンとかキムチとかエビとかシンプルなものが入ってます

Baskin Robbins.Awesome as usual.

友達はキムチのを、私はツナのをたのみました

The next day I got some Gimbap and Kimchi

ツナがありすぎｨ！

when I was shopping in Myeongdong

でも家でも簡単に作れるよ

And then for lunch I went to a Traditional Porridge Restaurant

Ehh..Juk is the name of the dish and its

basically a rice porridge and its got some really

かなり近いものを作れるはず

simple ingredients.Like salmon or kimchi or shrimp

私も家で挑戦してみたけど

My friend got the kimchi one and I got the tuna version

味は他の店と一緒だったよ

There is so much tuna in this and its crazy !

最後の夜にはチキンを食べました

But this is really easy to make at home so if

I make it at home all the time and it tastes just

And for my last night in Korea I had to
