So, we're here at the shawarma food stand now. The boss is here - this is Mohammed, and his wife is in the back there. As you can see they call it Egyptian shawarma. I think the Chinese is 沙威瑪. Sometimes in England they might actually call this kebabs. so basically, the choices are small or big, with or without cheese. And if you look at the food - you can see that it's chicken - and they grill the chicken on a spit. Ok Perhaps we should speak to Mohammed and ask him about his food. so Mohammed, this is your Egyptian shawarma stand. How long have you had it here? about fifteen years about fifteen years,so tell me what meat do you use ? . . chicken. so, how long do you work here every day? almost ten hours, more than 10 hours more than 10 hours.
