I need to talk with lots of...

stupid idiots

over the phone

they can be really, really mean to you

if they don't see you face to face

I was selling phones & accessory of phones

in the shopping mall

and still you can meet lots of...

stupid people face to face

let's start from the comments

and the side of internet

we're gaining more and more subscribers

and most of them are very, very positive

very awesome, very nice, supportive

right now I'm just saying that

some of them are not so great

some of them are so...

weird

that you don't know what they're talking about

it is mean

or it's not even mean

because we don't understand this

some people, when they're making the comments

and they want to be angry at you

for example: you suck

but they can't even present this

at least present your meaning clearly

so we will understand

ok you're attacking us

and they were just being angry at everything

and what impressed me a lot

was one guy

he's from Australia

basically he made the booking with other company

and he thought me made the booking with our company

so he gave me the reservation number

which is not our reservation number

I was still very helpful

trying to help him

maybe...sir can you give me your name?

and phone number

email

anything you put when you book this reservation

and there's nothing

so I said

sorry, Mr.

you didn't make the reservation with us

unfortunately

and then he got pissed so much

he was like:

"Are you trying to be a bitch?!"

and I was like

WHAT?!

and I was so pissed after that

I said

OK, Mr.

No. 1

I was trying my best to help you

No. 2

I'M NOT A BITCH.

GOODBYE

so I just hung up on him

because we do have the right if someone is being rude

or use abuse words to us

I think the most shouting people

are the one who already know that they fucked up something

and then they're like

I'm gonna complaint about this

and shout at the person

so maybe...somehow...

I will get the refund

things will be solved

they can't be angry at themselves

so they'll be angry at someone else

they're too coward to admit it's their own fault

so they just want to push this mistake to someone else

the silence

these people made our day at the same time

we got so many stories to tell

because of them
