JACOB: Hey, it's Jacob.
Today we've got Lego murder, juggler versus juggler,
and an incredible livesaving moment.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
JACOB: Not gonna lie, guys.
About half way through yesterday, I
was completely over all the prank videos I was seeing.
Then, this one came along.
Break and SMOSH teamed up as part of their inaugural prank
it forward week to change the life of a very
deserving waitress.
MALE SPEAKER: Chelsea has struggled financially.
She had to raise her little sister
from when she was just a girl.
The limited free time Chelsea does
have is spent running her own nonprofit that
helps people recover from eating disorders through yoga.
If anybody could use a break, it's Chelsea.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
FEMALE SPEAKER: Did he literally just leave you $1,000?
CHRIS: She didn't want to keep the money.
AUDRA: It's in her nature just to split it up with everybody.
JACOB: Doesn't she just seem like the kind of person
that you hope something like this happens to?
FEMALE SPEAKER: See that car?
That's your car.
CHELSEA: Why are you doing that?
FEMALE SPEAKER: I'm giving you a car.
Come on.
Let's go.
Let's see who's inside.
[SCREAMING]
[LAUGHING]
FEMALE SPEAKER: Oh!
Wait a minute!
[LAUGHING]
JACOB: The video already has almost 2 million views,
and here's the thing.
Break is donating a dollar for every 1,000 views
to the nonprofit dosomething.org.
So what are you waiting for?
Go share this bad boy.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
CARLY: Sometimes I see a video, and I just
want to yell out loud, yes!
That!
Me, too!
And that's exactly how I felt watching Ashley Mardell latest
blog where she ponders what it would
be like to edit life like a video.
ASHLEY: You know how many times I zone out
during uninteresting conversations
with customers at work?
But if life were a video, just throw in one of these,
[CLICKING]
ASHLEY: And bam!
I can fast forward to lunch.
CARLY: Ashley has steadily grown her channel over the last two
years with just a webcam in her bedroom.
And I'm not the only person who thinks she's great.
She's got 70,000 subscribers who think so, too.
ASHLEY: Life is scary and messy, but I think I like it that way.
CARLY: I'm a huge fan of life's beautiful imperfections,
but if I could change one thing, I
wouldn't hate if "Baby Got Back" played
every time I untangled a necklace.
Am I right?
JACOB: Imagine the movie "Braveheart." now
swap out all the swords for brightly colored plastic clubs,
and badang!
Combat juggling.
Grantland's newest video explores this emerging sport,
where jugglers interfere with each other
in order to become the last man standing.
MALE SPEAKER: Each person squares up
with another person on the other side.
MALE SPEAKER: You can't drop, or you're out.
MALE SPEAKER: If you want to sort of lay back and be a chill
guy until you need to kill somebody.
Or if you're, like, the front line soldier that you're just
gonna, like, go kill somebody.
JACOB: This type of stuff is perfect for a Saturday
sportstacular.
Got a trick like this up your sleeve?
All you got to do is post the link
with the hashtag YOUTUBENATION.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
MILES: I think it's safe to say that most soccer fans were
shocked when they saw this next video of a soccer player saving
his opponent's life on the field.
Dynamo Kiev captain, Oleg Gusev, choked on his tongue
after being knocked unconscious during play,
and rival midfielder Jaba Kankava responded immediately.
[ANNOUNCER SPEAKING]
MILES: Thank to Kankava's quick thinking,
Gusev is expected to make a full recovery.
So he definitely gets a Miles Award for sportsmanship.
Good job, man.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
JACOB: Avicii just dropped the video for the remix
"Addicted to You."
I think you might recognize the style.
This was made by LEGO stop motion wizard, Keshen 8,
and it's the second of four new videos Avicii collaborated
with YouTube creators on.
[MUSIC - AVICII - "ADDICTED TO YOU"]
JACOB: The next two haven't been announced yet,
but they're scheduled to come out over the next two Mondays.
The first one was created by Yo Mama.
No, seriously Yo Mama is two guys who hand draw and animate
Yo Mama jokes, and they've got over 150 million views.
[MUSIC - AVICII - "WAKE ME UP (YO MAMA)]
JACOB: Avicii's got these plus live footage plus remixes
plus all of his videos on his channel.
Go!
Party!
[MUSIC PLAYING]
JACOB: Yesterday, as part of all the April Fool's madness,
YouTube released a video announcing
a bunch of fake memes.
But as you can imagine, they've caught on anyways.
Glub Glubbing is happening everywhere,
from this guy's shower to the wilds of Hollywood Boulevard,
and clocking has been pretty contagious, too.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
JACOB: We have got a bunch more of those, and the video that
started it all and a playlist for you after the show.
Plus, we have another playlist with all the big pranks
from yesterday.
Now play us out, Jungle.
[MUSIC - JUNGLE - "BUSY EARNIN'"]
