  • What are we doing? This is it madam Butterfly.......

  • This is on the go. You're right.

  • And we're here in Hsin She. Standing under beautiful cherry blossom trees.

  • It really does make me feel like I am madam butterfly.

  • Oh, That's so romantic. oh, but...but. Where is my captain?

  • hello, I am right here. Campell, I don't think so.

  • I mean... real captain. Let's go. on the go.

  • Wow, Campell. This is so relaxing walking throught this garden.

  • It is. Mr. Chang spent a lot of time planting these

  • beautiful flowers and trees for his garden. That is true.

  • hey, Andrea I wanna take you to what I know. It's going to be your favorite part of today.

  • How do you know that? common!

  • you know Campell, it's really cool to be here in this cafe. The plants and trees all around us

  • but we're inside. It's like we're in a forest, but we're not outdoors.

  • That's true.

  • This place used to be a warehouse. The owner, Mr. Chang spent 40 days to turn

  • this place into this beautiful garden. 40 days?

  • Wow, that was quick! And the most special thing about this place

  • is that there are 7 trees that he spent 30 years growing.

  • Hey, 30 years, Andrea, the trees are as old as you.

  • Campell, I dont think so. Anyway, You know, Andrea it's beautiful day outside today.

  • Let's not spend a lot of time in here.

  • There're a lot of things to see outside. Yeah, I think we should go and take a look.

  • Ok, let's go. Take a look.

  • So beautiful! hey, Andrea look at this rose that I.....

  • Andrea... How many roses did you pick? That's too many. you picked too many flowers.

  • Well, It's not too many Campell. A girl can never has too many roses.

  • See, I told that you would love this place. All girls love roses.

  • You are right, Campell. Thank you.

  • I just love it here It's smell so nice.

  • And there're so many beautiful roses. Hey, I have an Idea.

  • Let's take some these roses, and make some soap out of them.

  • some soap? - Yeah How are we going to make soap with these roses?

  • Well, common I'll show you. My roses, Campell.

  • Hi everyone! Let's talk about making soap.

  • How do you make soap with roses. Well, we're going to show you.

  • First what we need is a mold. Ok, now the first thing you want to do is take some oil and put that inside your mold

  • That way when the soap is finished It easy to come out of the mold again.

  • After that we need to pick what color we want our soap to be

  • We put the dye in the cup and that will be the color of our soap.

  • And after this we need to pick what smell we want our soap to be.

  • We have lemon, we have rose. and Jasmine

  • So, How much of this do we put in? We put two drops for each mold.

  • Next we take the rose and we take it off the stem.

  • Now we gotta make sure that the rose stays still while we're pouring in the soap.

  • We have some soap that we've melted here. and I'll going to take that and pour it into our mold.

  • and we gotta be very careful because this is hot, right

  • Now, what we're gonna do is we want the soap to become hard.

  • But to make it a little bit faster.

  • you can take the mold and put it into a cooler place like in a refridgerator.

  • Right. That way you'll have soap in a few minutes.

  • Here Andrea, here's the gift for you. And a gift for you Campell.

  • Well, we had a long but fun day here in Hsin Sher

  • That's true. Thanks for joining us today on the go. Bye...!

  • Hi friend! Welcome to live with Campbell.

  • Today we have some really special guests with us

  • Our good friend Billy and his wife Yan Ming and their new baby daughter Annapell.

  • Hi guys!

  • Oh! This little one is so beautiful and so precious.

  • Billy, what is it like to be a father?

  • Campbell, it's a hard job to be a father, to be responsibility.

  • but I'm really enjoying it. a lot of work but it's a good thing.

  • How has your life changed since you've become a father?

  • Well, of course we sleep a lot less.

  • And of course we have Annapell in our life, everyday, everywhere we go.

  • But we're so happy because she's so beautiful

  • And we really believe that because of Annapell we've learned a lot about life.

  • What are somethings that you've learned?

  • Well, I'd say the biggest thing we've learned about is love, true love, really love.

  • Because, you know, even when Annapell cries or she has a dirty diaper. we still love her

  • We look at her and she cries and I say, Oh! but you''re still so cute.

  • Or when I'm changing a dirty diaper and I say Yeah! the most beautiful girl in the world.

  • so, It's amazing how love covers all things.

  • Now, what are some hard things about being a father?

  • We don't get any sleep.

  • Well, It's can be hard to be a father because when Annapell cries or she doesn't get what she wants,

  • you have to be patient with her because she's just a little baby and she doesn't understand.

  • What are some blessing, some great things about being a father?

  • Well, the blessing is just Annapell.

  • Being able to hold her and love her and talk to her.

  • And I think one of our favorite things is when we watch her smile

  • She's like... huh...

  • She does have a beautiful smile

  • Uhm, she does

  • Now, Yan Ming, Is there anything that you would tell morthers, or is there any advice that you could give to mothers about having a baby, about rasing a child

  • just be happy, be passion

  • And also, you know, you can go out to talk to other mommy and change, share experience

  • That's some great advice

  • If you're parents, talk to other parents

  • See If they can help you and give you some advice.

  • share your experiences with each others.

  • share your experiences with each others.

  • Now, Billy when your parents were rasing you, were there anything that they did that you really want to do with Annapell?

  • There're a lot of things that they did that I really want to do with Annapell

  • I think the most important thing is that everything the said to us, they would also show it to in their actions.

  • One thing is every night my father would come in to my room and to my sister room.

  • And he would lay down in our beds. and he would scratch our backs.

  • And he was just talking to us as we felt asleep.

  • And we really knew he loved this.

  • That's great.

  • so as parents, It's important to let your children know that you love them That's right

  • And we hope we can let Annapell know that everyday through our works and our actions.

  • Alright, everyone. Thanks for joining us today here on episode of live with Campbell. We'll see you next time

  • Oh! Annapell is so cute I just love her.

  • Yeah! It was so nice to meet Billy and his familly

  • Now, Campbell I have something for you. It's an invitation.

  • oh! Thank you Andrea! Well, let's see what it says.

  • You are invited to go on a Saturday hike after the show today.

  • That's an interesting invitation

  • So, Campbell, are you going to accept the invitation?

  • Well, I'm going to have to think about it.

  • Ok, well, have you thought about it?

  • Are you going to invite me out for dinner after the hike?

  • Are you going to invite me out for dinner after the hike?

  • Invite you out for dinner?

  • Ok! yes, I could do that.

  • really, ok! then, yeah.. ok. I'll go Andrea is taking me out for dinner
