Hi i am Rekha Ganguly. I am a fitness trainer. i will be showing you how to do a flat bench
leg pull in. Lie on a flat bench with your legs hanging over the end. Keep your hands
near your glutes with your palms facing down, extend your legs straight and this will be
your starting position. Bend your knees and pull it in towards your chest as you breathe
out and hold it for a second. As you breathe in slowly return to your starting position.
