Today, I'm gonna be responding to a user who wishes to remain anonymous. He's having a problem because he's ejaculating way too fast when he has sex with his girlfriend. Talking, like, 2 minutes. So... solution? Think of your grandma and sing her favourite song while you're getting jiggy with it. "She'll be coming around the moutain when she..." "Oh, sh**!" OK, so you really have a hot grandma. Maybe we need to take a closer look at this. Premature ejaculation is caused by a lot of different things but the most common reasons are overstimulation, being stressed out or anxiety over your sexual performance. But don't worry, you're absolutely not alone, this affects about a third of guys under the age of 25 and about 10% of them over 25. Remember how in the last episode I was talking about how orgasm is a learned response? So, to control it permanently, what you're gonna need to do is to recondition your response. The new conditionning will involve a longer period of time in a state of arousal. So I splitted the tips into 2 categories, one is going to be tips that are gonna help you resolve the problem for the long term, things that are gonna take practice, and the other things are like quick fixes that you can use tonight if you have to go see her. Or him. One thing that you can do is masturbate before you have sex because the second time for most guys, it takes them longer to climax. If you don't think that one time is enough, masturbate several times before you have sex. Another thing that you can do is use really thick condoms. They have thin, they have regular and they also have thick. I'm gonna put a link to it in the description. Another thing that you can try is a desensitizing cream that will numb you a little bit, so that the sensation doesn't hit you as fast. If you're gonna use a desensitizing cream, make sure you wear a condom, or she won't be able to feel shit either. Now the reason why these are quick fixes is because they eliminate some of your pleasure, some of your sensations, so to maximize your pleasure in the long term, let's talk about long-term fixes that you can use. The first method is call the "start and stop" method and basically, what you do is, when you feel like you're about to reach orgasm, both of you stop stimulation for about 30 seconds. This will allow the sexual tension to defuse and you can begin restimulation again without orgasming. The second method is called the squeeze method. When you think you're about to orgasm, either you or your partner can gently squeeze the head of the penis for about 3 to 4 seconds. This is going to eliminate the urge to ejaculate. Wait about 30 seconds again, and then you can begin restimulation. During these 30-second waiting periods, even though you're not being stimulated, make sure that you don't stop stimulating her... Now, essentially with both these methods, what you're doing is increasing your awareness of this cycle, and with repetition, it's gonna help you to recondition your response, that way, in the long term: ejaculatory control, baby! Another thing that you can try is if you're used to have sexual routines, break out of the routine because that routine may be what's putting you on this auto-pilot toward orgasm! You wanna try to break out of like "A, B, C, orgasm". Let's just hope it's not "orgasm, A, B, C"... So maybe if you or somebody you know has had this problem before, and they have their own solutions, you can post them down on the comments or a video response to help out the viewers who are having this problem. In any case, I love you all, thanks for viewing, and I'll see you next week!
