have you guys at home got five minutes well excellent because today on Xhit
we are doing
five-minute abs we've got five exercises one minute
each long so I'm taking down to the ground let's start with
spider-man planks okay so got a minute of these
we're just gonna bring the knee out
to the elbow now wanna make sure that we're keeping our tummy
nice and pulled in we don't want our bottom sticking in the air we'll keep it down
nice and flat nice and neutral and just keep inhaling
and exhaling, make sure those hands are underneath
those shoulders and just bringing the knee
out to the elbow now this exercise routine
is just five minutes long and who hasn't got 5 minutes in the morning
just to get a good ab workout in okay great start
let's go on like we started
that's it keep breathing your almost there now your ready to turn to the next exercise
in 5,4
3,2,1. Okay
now coming onto your back we've got one minute
taking up hip thrust okay
so lets go out it's just a small-motion
and as our legs extend working we're working those lower
abdominals Phh.. certainly hard to talk during this one okay that's a great job guys
just make sure that when you go up, you come down
your feet just a couple of inches off the ground
Eh.. it's definitely hard to talk while your doing this exercise
hoo. great job guys keep it goin'
that's it squeeze and then bring your hips up
okay lets keep it going extend the legs, my mutt is
moving all over the place I'm gonna keep going
cause I just got 10 seconds left
5,4,3,2,1.
okay just gonna straighten my mat out a little bit
when I come down to the side and we got 30 seconds on
each side oblique crunches so we're gonna be working this side muscle
come on guys really give it everything you've got!
You only got five-minutes to go really put any effort
to make it worthwhile that's it SQUEEEZE
excellent job everyone! now remember we gotta switch on to the other side
okay and 5
4,3,2,1
lets quickly switch it over I'm gonna come up again okay again
again 30 seconds know we are gnna make sure that if we do one side
we always do the other side cause we dont wanna turn out
lopsided that's it really crunch those obeds
thing about someone just punching you on the side
and you're the squeezing okay keep it going
less than 10 seconds we gotta go to our next exercise

1 now come up onto your side
we're gnna do a plank we're gnna hold it here for thirty-seconds and then we're gonna
reach through
okay so just 30 seconds of reached throughs
and your almost halfway through your workout
back to where you are
great job everyone now remember if you always got
more time on your hands then you got 8 minutes
abs, you got 6 minutes abs 10 minute abs when you got less time
you work up 3 minute abs so as long as your getting some abs
work in then switch over to the other side
some ab working just a little bit everyday
second one for thirty seconds you really are gonna see the improvement
in those abs I can tell just
from the beginning when I was doing these workouts to now
i've really seen the definition and the change and lots of you have been tweeting me as well
telling me
and showing me pictures pictures which is fantastic of your body
changing and toning up okay we got one more exercise to do
one more reach through
pull it up okay your last exercise keep those legs nice and flat
arms above your head and we just gnna pull up and strecth over those legs
got a minute for this one and this is a great exercise
you do when you're just between the abs
get down on the ground come up the sofa
work out those abs this is really good way cause it not just
not necessarily work your top part of your abs but the lower part of your abs as well
which is the most important and most hardest
parts of work is those lower abs great job everyone
come on you gotta keep going all the way to the end come on push yourself
its only five minutes its nothing
it's easy you can do it I don't wanna here any of you at home saying its too hard
or giving up. I know who you are!
keep it going, come on you just got
5 seconds to go come on lets see if you can give me
one more, pull up and gently down
and the list goes on
