Sitting still is more difficult than you think but you can do this. Now relax. Count your breaths, relax your muscles one by one, or imagine being in a beautiful place. When you feel ready start thinking about what you’ve planned in the first step. All my life I was very sceptical about this practice. One day something clicked in me and I decided to try. First time it was uncomfortable. Sitting still for 15 minutes was a real challenge and my thoughts were everywhere.
