Going into the Nothing Box helps to relax, clear your mind and find obvious answers to
otherwise complicated problems. Others might call it meditation, relaxation technique or
even a prayer.
So how to get to the Nothing Box? First Plan. Do you want to relax? Do you need
to think about something? Be specific. Find quite place and make sure no one and
nothing distracts you. Setup timer for 15-20 minutes.
Sit with your legs crossed, close your eyes and try not to move. Sitting still is more
difficult than you think but you can do this. Now relax. Count your breaths, relax your
muscles one by one, or imagine being in a beautiful place.
When you feel ready start thinking about what you’ve planned in the first step.
All my life I was very sceptical about this practice. One day something clicked in me
and I decided to try. First time it was uncomfortable. Sitting still for 15 minutes was a real challenge
and my thoughts were everywhere. But after couple of times I realized that I’ve found
something which is obvious and natural. I was like a baby who made it’s first steps.
