Today we are going to show you how to make sweet chinese steamed egg with milk
first of all we are going to warm up 200 ml of milk
on medium low heat, it's going to take about 3 mins
and after that, we will leave it to chill
now beat one large egg in one direction for 1 min
now add 5 tsp honey
now we add a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp oil
now beat it for 30 seconds

now you add in the luke warm milk little by little and keep stirring
and count to 30 again
now let it run through a kitchen sieve twice to get rid of the foam and sediment
now pour it all in a bowl
if you see any foam take it off with a small spoon
I can't see any so I don't have to do that
and now I cover it up with an aluminium foil
make sure that the shiny side is on the bottom
so here, I have a pan and a steaming rack
I add in water until the water is round about as high as the steaming rack
and then I will turn on high heat to boil up the water
and I will cover everything up with a lid
so now the water is boiling, I take the bowl and place it on the steaming rack
now I cover up again and turn the heat to medium low heat
and I will steam it for around 7 mins
so now the 7 mins are over, I turn off the heat
and I leave it on the hot hob for 15 mins
time may vary depending on the heat you use
so now the 15 mins are over, I take off the lid
and take the bowl out, place it on the saucer
I take off the aluminium foil
you can already see it is very beautiful
I just leave it to chill for 20 mins because at the monent is very hot and very soft
so now is 20 mins later
and the sweet steamed chinese egg with milk is done already
