When it comes to pronouncing this word, I want you to think of it like this.

Or let's say this circle of people, this loop of people, they know what to do.

So, let's say that you have like a project at work that you're supposed to do, and you went on vacation for three weeks, but you had two teammates that were with you, and you came back and you wanted to know what happened because you were out of the loop.

And with the pronunciation of out of the loop, just make sure when you say out, it's like a D instead of a T, and then the of is like UV, so out of the loop.
