To dress for the elements, start with a base layer to keep the skin dry and sweat-free.

Next, add a warming layer.

次に、保温層を加える。

When it comes to warming, wool works best, though it can be a little itchy.

保温には、少し痒くなるかもしれないが、ウールが一番いい。

Just ignore it, and the feeling will subside.

Lastly, add a jacket and shell layer to protect from wind, snow, and rain.
