I know you talked a lot about staying narrow, not spending too much money on stupid things like I have been doing on lawyer fees, but anything else that you can think of that would help me in this?

Give yourself flexibility, strong ideas loosely held, ask your customers, be ready to follow different direction than you originally had in mind, and just keep an open mind and enjoy the journey.

You got to enjoy the process, because the end sometimes is a long time coming.
