First John chapter three.

第一ヨハネ3章。

What an incredible quality of love the Father has shown to us that we should be named and called and counted the Children of God.

私たちが神の子と名付けられ、呼ばれ、数えられるとは、御父が私たちに示された愛のなんと素晴らしい性質であろうか。

And so we are, I love that and the amplified, we're named the Children of God.

だから、私たちは神の子と名づけられた。

We're called the Children of God.

私たちは神の子と呼ばれている。

We're counting the Children of God because we are the Children of God.

私たちは神の子だから、神の子を数えている。

This is your number one calling in life.

これが人生における最大の使命だ。

Your number one purpose in life is not to accomplish something.

人生における第一の目的は、何かを成し遂げることではない。

Your number one purpose in life is not to make something of yourself.

あなたの人生における第一の目的は、自分を売り込むことではない。

Your number one purpose in life is not to make a lot of money to be famous, to have a lot of fun.

人生における一番の目的は、大金を稼ぐことでも、有名になることでも、たくさん楽しむことでもない。

Your number one purpose in life, God created you and called you to be loved by Him to experience that love.

あなたの人生における第一の目的は、神があなたを創造し、その愛を経験するために神に愛されるようあなたを召されたことです。

And most people have never truly experienced the love of God.

そしてほとんどの人は、神の愛を本当に経験したことがない。

Oh, they've heard about it.

ああ、噂は聞いているよ。

Everybody here said, oh, God loves you.

ここにいる誰もが、ああ、神はあなたを愛している、と言った。

Yeah.

Yeah.

I know God loves me.

私は神に愛されていることを知っている。

The very fact that you're bored by that means you don't get it because if you got it, you would be so excited about it.

あなたがそれに退屈しているという事実は、あなたがそれを理解していないということだ。

You've never experienced it.

あなたは経験したことがない。

You've heard it in your head, but you don't have it in your heart.

頭では聞いていても、心にはない。

And a lot of people are going to miss heaven by 18 inches because they got it here and they don't got it here.

そして、多くの人々が18インチ差で天国を逃すことになる。

They don't have it here.

ここにはないんだ。

You've got to experience God's love in your life.

自分の人生で神の愛を経験しなければならない。

He says we're named and called and count on the Children of God.

彼は、私たちは神の子と名付けられ、召され、あてにされていると言う。

Now, why in the world would God do that in order to express His love?

さて、一体なぜ神は愛を表現するためにそのようなことをするのだろうか？

And God's love is extravagant and God's love is lavish and God's love is beyond comprehension.

そして神の愛は贅沢であり、神の愛は惜しみなく、神の愛は理解を超えている。

And as I've said, so many times, he loves you on your good days and bad days.

何度も言うように、彼はいい日も悪い日もあなたを愛している。

When you feel it and don't feel it.

感じるとき、感じないとき。

When you think you deserve it. When you don't think you deserve it.

自分がそれに値すると思うとき。自分がそれに値しないと思う時。

You can't make God stop loving you.

神に愛されなくさせることはできない。

God will never love you any more than He does this second.

神は今この瞬間以上にあなたを愛することは決してなく

God will never love you any less than He does this second because God's love is not based on who you are or what you do.

また、この瞬間以下にあなたを愛することも決してありません。なぜなら、神の愛はあなたが誰であるか、またはあなたが何をするかに基づいていないからです。

It's based on who He is.

それは彼が誰であるかに基づいている。

God is love.

神は愛である。

So I'll say it again because I want you to get it.

Your number one calling in life is not to do something to impress God with what you do.

あなたの人生における第一の使命は、神に感銘を与えるために何かをすることではない。

Your number one calling in life is to receive something to let God love you.

人生における第一の使命は、神に愛されるために何かを受け取ることだ。
