Fuji apples, are a popular cultivar developed in Japan. Known for their large,
round shape, and dense, sweet, and crisp flesh,
Fuji apples have a long shelf life and are grown in several US states.
They taste sugary-sweet and have fine-grained, creamy-white flesh. They are Nutrient-rich,
Fuji apples contain fiber, vitamin C, potassium, phosphorus, iron, and calcium.
With about 121 calories and 22.4g of sugar, they are in season from
mid-September to October. Check out my video in the comment for more detail.
