少し前にマートン先生の診察について問い合わせをした者です。

I saw him a few years ago regarding a surgery, I had a consultation but I didn't actually go ahead with the operation at the time.

数年前に手術の件で受診し、カウンセリングを受けましたが、その時は実際に手術に踏み切れませんでした。

But I wanted to go ahead now but I was wondering if that initial consultation had done a few years ago if I need to do a new one?

But anyway he was like yeah you don't have anything at all.

And he was like it'll just slide all around the place and you'll see like a big line, you'll see like a crevice kind of thing where they're sitting.

So he said it's got to be under the muscle.

And then he said he doesn't recommend that I get round ones, he wants me to get the teardrop because he said because I was saying my issue is that I've got no I've got nothing up here.

So it's like flat here and then it kind of kicks out a little bit here.

And I told him like, I want more fullness up in this section.

I don't really care about projection, like how far out it comes.

I just want more fullness.

And he said, my the gap between my boobs is actually very wide.

So he was showing me images of some other ladies where when you put the implants in the implants themselves, just create a cleavage even when they not even wearing a bra, they're so close together because of how wide their stone um is.

But mine is so wide.

And he said, you can't put the implants over the bone, but this is such a wide bone here, that the implant will stop there and it'll stop there.

So he's like, you'll only get cleavage when you have a push up bra to push them together, which is fine.

That that's what I expected.

He told me, he was like, what cup size do you want?

I just want round fullness.

And he was like, be isn't going to work because in order to get the fullness at the top because it's a circle.

So his recommendation was 13 3 315 cc.

And then he was explaining to me like there's a difference between you can get smooth implants and texted implants and there's a payoff for both.

So he said that the smooth implants have less of a risk of this particular type of breast cancer that you can get.

But they have a higher likelihood to move.

And he said sometimes they put them in and they start here and in six months they end up down here because they just slip and then they've got to re operate and put it back.

And he's like it can happen multiple times.

So the risk of having to continuously re operate to keep Putting them back in position.

That the complications associated with multiple operations heap things outweighs the risk of if you have the texted implants which are more grippy so they stay in their spot.

複数回の手術に伴う合併症は、よりグリップ力のあるテキスト化されたインプラントを持っている場合、その場所にとどまることのリスクを上回るものを盛ること。

But apparently one in 64,000 women are at risk of developing this type of breast cancer associated with that textured implant.

しかし、どうやら64,000人に1人の割合で、そのテクスチャーのインプラントに関連したこのタイプの乳がんを発症するリスクがあるようなのです。

It's something to do with the textured implants.

テクスチャーインプラントと関係があるんです。

Yeah but he said he's essentially stopped using the smooth implants.

ええ、でも、スムースインプラントは基本的に使わなくなったそうです。

He said that he has them available if someone wants it.

欲しい人がいれば用意するとのこと。

But he doesn't recommend them because he said the risk of the smooth one slipping out of place and having to re operate again and put you under anesthetic again and go the risk of infection and all that.

しかし、滑らかなものがずれて、再度手術をして麻酔をかけなければならないリスクや、感染症のリスクなどを考えると、あまりお勧めできないとのことでした。

Something over and over again.

何度も何度も何かを。

He's like it's safer to go with the other one and then he said you should have them taken out or replaced after 15 to 20 years but I'll be on almost 30.

もう片方の方が安全みたいな感じで、15～20年経ったら抜くか交換した方がいいって言われたけど、もうすぐ30になるしね。

So he's like you'll be in your fifties and you'll have had kids and lots of things you don't need a breast lift.

だから、あなたは50代になって、子供も産んで、いろいろなことがあるから、バストアップは必要ないみたいなんです。

But if you after you've had kids and if you want a breast lift you wait 15 years 20 years and then your fifties you can get a lift and you can have them replaced if you want to.

しかし、子供を産んだ後、バストアップを希望する場合、15年20年待って、50代になれば、バストアップもできますし、希望すれば入れ替えることもできます。

And then other than that do you know how much these things cost?

I want to say it's between 10 to 20 grand.

So all up for his fees it's 8000 and then for the hospital and then the anesthetist it's gonna come to 11,000 which is what I was expecting.

But I did a consultation years ago with him about the booths and we went through all of this.
