(Yuji speaking in foreign language) Kit Kat first came to Japn in 1973. It's a very popular chocolate. In fact, it's the number one product in the Japanese chocolate market.

And there are a lot of flavors to choose from.

For example, Hokkaido has melon, Kyushu has purple sweet potato.

And the genius behind many of these flavors is a classically trained pastry chef.

Since I became involved, it's no longer the case.

The first flavor was passion fruit-passionate passion fruit.

I've made over 50 different flavors, but I've made many many more prototyoes.

We have products that [make people] go, "worw" or"hmm."

I start in my own kitchen of my store and make the prototype.

First, we prepare the chocolate. Then, we cut and prepare the wafer.

We pour the chocolate into the mold. Then, we put the cut wafers in and pour chocolate on top.
