Good morning guys.

おはようございます、皆さん。

I'm tim in.

私はティムインです。

I'm a morning person so I normally wake up around 5 to 6 a.m. And I take a walk and work out while I'm walking.

朝型なので、だいたい5〜6時くらいに起きて、散歩をしながら体を動かしています。

I listen to audio content via Voici at japanese up.

Voici経由で音声コンテンツをjapanese upで聴いています。

I check the news and get some ideas from the cool people there and then start working at home a bit.

ニュースをチェックし、そこにいるクールな人たちからアイデアをもらって、家で少しずつ仕事を始めるんです。

And uh yeah, I think it's, it's great how he really took on the leadership role here and uh it's great fun to work with and I don't think it's a coincidence that the company has done very well recently after he took a bigger role.
