11月に私と友人のジーナが会って、「私たちみんなヴィーガンフードが好きだから、一度会って美味しいヴィーガンフードを食べに行こうよ」という話になりました。

I'm going to introduce you to some of my favorite vegan places in Tokyo and they're really excellent and I hope you like them.

これから、私が東京で好きなヴィーガンのお店を紹介しますが、本当に素晴らしいお店なので、気に入ってもらえたら嬉しいです。

Also to preface this, I am not vegan, I'm dairy free, but eating vegan food makes it easy because there's never any dairy in it.

また、前置きが長くなりましたが、私はビーガンではなく、乳製品を食べないのですが、ビーガン料理を食べると、乳製品が入ることがないので、楽なんです。

We've just come to universal bakes and cafe, which is a place in Setagaya and it's a bakery.

世田谷にあるユニバーサルベイクスアンドカフェというところに来たんですが、ここはパン屋さんなんです。

It's a vegan bakery.

ヴィーガンベーカリーです。

I have featured it before on my channel.

以前、私のチャンネルで紹介したことがあります。

So if you've seen that, that's pretty cool.

だから、もし見たことがあるなら、それはとてもクールなことだ。

But we just come here again because it's excellent.

でも、素晴らしいからまたここに来るだけです。

It's one of my favorite places to go in.

Tokyo, even if you're not vegan, the bread is actually just really, really good in Japan.

東京は、ヴィーガンでなくても、実は日本ではパンが本当に美味しいんです。

A lot of the bakeries include milk and pretty much everything, all the bread has milk.

パン屋さんには牛乳が入っているところが多く、結構、全てのパンに牛乳が入っています。

All the pastries have milk.

すべてのお菓子にミルクが入っています。

So it's always just a little bit difficult trying to find bread quick story about this place When we were in lockdown, me and my friend Taylor really wanted to go here, but we couldn't catch public transport would be close to anybody.

だから、この場所についてパンで簡単な話を探すのはいつもちょっとだけ難しいんだ。 監禁されていたとき、僕と友達のテイラーはここに行きたかったんだけど、公共の交通機関をつかまえられなかったし、誰とも近くにはいなかった。

So we rode our bikes here, we rode our bikes for like an hour and a half each way just to get bread from me.

It was really intense But I spent $50 on bread and it was a really great day.

でも、パンに50ドルも使ったし、本当に素晴らしい一日でした。

Some of my favorite things, the sour cream and onion bread is so, so, so good.

私の大好きなものもあり、サワークリームとオニオンのパンはとてもとても美味しいです。

They also do metal farm muffins now.

今はメタルファームのマフィンもやっています。

It's changed so much since I was last here.

The things that I've had before, the cinnamon roll and the salty macadamia.

以前食べたことのあるもの、シナモンロールと塩味のマカダミア。

So good.

とても良い。

But I really want to try the mushroom dauphine Noah, I don't actually know what that is but holy crap, it's like really soft on the inside, really warm and like there's like a cheese, like a creamy thing, it seems very like melting underneath the mushrooms for the salty macadamia.

でも、マッシュルーム・ドフィーヌ・ノアは本当に食べてみたい！それが何なのか実際わからないけど、なんてこった！中は本当に柔らかくて、本当に温かくて、チーズみたいな、クリームみたいなものがあって、塩気のあるマカダミアと一緒にマッシュルームの下で溶けているみたいだ。

They use like a croissant and then there's like salt macadamias and I think this is the sweet pumpkin.

クロワッサンみたいなのを使っていて、あとは塩マカダミアみたいなのと、これは甘いかぼちゃかな。

I don't actually know if it's a dessert.

デザートなのかどうか、実はわからないんです。

Oh it's week two of em, a veena date, get a burger on a plate and put it in my face in Ikebukuro with my bro, gonna grab some food at Good evening guys, we are here at the second location while I say we, I'm still waiting for venus.

I got here a little bit early but we're here for a little dinner date and we've come to to go to uh so I have no idea what I'm going to get.

They have heaps of stuff like burgers.

ハンバーガーなど、いろいろなものがたくさんあります。

I hear the soy nuggets are pretty good as well.

Look at this, we have all these menus.

Gosh they have so many items.

Usually when I go to normal restaurants there's only like a few things I can have on the menu that don't have dairy in them.

普段、普通のレストランに行っても、乳製品が入っていないメニューは数種類しかないような状態なんです。

So when I come to like vegan restaurants and everything is dairy free.

だから、ヴィーガンレストランのようなところでは、すべてが乳製品不使用なんです。

It takes so long for me to decide because I'm like there's too many choices.

選択肢が多すぎて、決めるのに時間がかかるんです。

I'm used to choosing between D.

Dの選択には慣れている。

And E.

I'm excited.

ワクワクします。

There's so many things on the menu here but they have heaps of burgers here.

メニューはいろいろありますが、ここはハンバーガーが充実しています。

I really like this one.

これは本当に好きなんです。

Um It's kinda like a fake chicken style thing.

ええと......フェイクチキン風って感じですね。

I haven't had any of these like a chili con carney burger or like a soy cutlet burger um Different kinds of curries and salads.

チリコンカーンバーガーとか、ソイカツバーガーとか......カレーやサラダの種類も違うし、どれも食べたことがない。

Taco rice.

Um The soy meat nuggets.

あの......大豆ミートナゲットです。

I also like to look at the nachos as well.

また、ナチョスも同様に見るのが好きです。

These are really good and they are pretty they got brownies.

これは本当においしいですし、彼らはブラウニーを得たかわいいです。

The puddings, africa ice cream.

プリン、アフリカーアイスのことです。

So I got a katsu burger which has two things of I guess soy sauce with katsu sauce and tata sauce.

ということで、カツソースとタタソースの2つが入ったカツバーガーをいただきました。

That's what it is.

I was like chunky mayonnaise pickles with the back party in the front cheese bag.

フロントチーズの袋にバックパーティーを入れた、もっちりマヨネーズピクルスみたいな感じでしたね。

Oh it's huge.

ああ、大きいですね。

The crunch is really good from the cops.

So it just feels like a very japanese flavored burger but it's really really nice.

It's week three and we decided to see also pancakes and luxury hours 24 hours a day.

3週目ですが、パンケーキやラグジュアリーな時間も24時間見ることにしました。

Once again everybody we've just come to, we're going to be visiting two spots today.

今来た皆さんをもう一度、今日は2つのスポットを訪ねます。

The first thing we're going to is called Teas Restaurant you guys might have heard of before which is a very popular vegan noodle place which has a bunch of shops all around Tokyo But this is the same chain but it's these restaurants so they do still sell some noodles but it's mainly like other kinds of cuisine.

まず最初に行くのはTeas Restaurantというお店で、皆さんも聞いたことがあるかもしれませんが、とても人気のあるビーガンラーメンのお店で、東京中に何店舗もあります。

Last time I was here I got a lasagna.

前回来たときはラザニアをいただきました。

They do nice desserts.

デザートが美味しいんです。

It's like a big variety on the menu.

メニューのバリエーションが多いという感じですね。

So I really, really like it here and it's a completely different to the usual places.

だから、ここが本当に本当に好きで、いつもの場所とはまったく違うんです。

So yeah, this is gonna be the first place that we're going to.

そうそう、ここが最初に行く場所になりそうだ。

And then after this we're gonna go to shoot or cafe also venus here once again she's still here.

そしてこの後、撮影やカフェに行く予定ですが、ここでもまたヴィーナスが登場します。

They do sell the noodles like they do at places but maybe with less variety compared to just the noodle places.

麺類もそこそこ売ってるけど、麺類だけの店に比べたら種類は少ないかもね。

But here's a bunch of the other stuff that they sell.

でも、ここにあるのは、そのほかの売り物です。

They have Doria cheese curry, massa man curry, vegetable curry curry.

ドリアチーズカレー、マッサマンカレー、野菜カレーカレーがある。

So last time I was here I had the lasagna.

それで、前回来たときはラザニアを食べたんです。

It's really really good.

本当に本当にいいんです。

I'm a big fan of it but this time I want to shake it up a little bit.

大ファンなんですが、今回はちょっと振ってみたいと思います。

I might get the Doria.

ドリアを買おうかな。

They also do really good desserts here.

また、ここのデザートは本当においしいです。

Last time I got the number chocolate tart which was bombed a drink.

前回はドリンクを爆買いしたナンバーチョコタルトをいただきました。

I'm probably gonna do the same thing that venus doing and get an elderflower soda because I love elderflower Oh mm Zane.

私はエルダーフラワーが大好きなので、venusと同じことをして、エルダーフラワーソーダを買うつもりです。

Okay, my pay Doria just came out beautiful.

さて、私のペイ・ドリアは、今、美しく仕上がりました。

I don't really know what's going on inside it if it's just gonna be rice.

ただご飯になるだけなら、中身はどうなっているのかよくわからない。

We got the last time that it tasted very nice and yeah, I hope you enjoy exciting mm the crispiness from like the cheesy creamy sauce on top that's been baked.

前回、とても美味しいと好評でしたので、今回はクリーミーなソースをかけて焼いたような、サクサクとした食感をお楽しみください。

The crispiness is so good.

サクサク感がたまらない。

It's just comforting cheesy goodness.

とにかく心地よいチーズのおいしさです。

How's your lasagna way to get Dessert cafe which is only 70 m away from restaurants.

レストランから70mのところにあるDessert cafeで、ラザニアはいかがでしょうか？

We have lots of pasta salads burgers but their desserts are really fancy.

パスタ・サラダ・ハンバーガーはたくさんありますが、デザートがとてもおしゃれなんです。

They got caramel, banana pancakes, just normal maple syrup pancakes, whipped cream, they have doughnuts and they have these cafes which looks super good.

キャラメルやバナナのパンケーキ、普通のメープルシロップのパンケーキ、ホイップクリーム、ドーナツ、そして超おいしそうなカフェもありますよ。

So I ordered some banana pancakes and a strawberry latte.

そこで、バナナパンケーキとストロベリーラテを注文しました。

It looks so so cute.

見た目がとてもかわいいです。

And then I also got a hot chocolate, a little hot choc holte chalky.

それから、ホットチョコホルテのカルキも少しいただきました。

Really good.

本当に良い。

The top is whipped cream but it's like a really nice strawberry flavor.

上は生クリームですが、本当にイチゴの味がするような感じです。

That's so good.

それはとても良いことです。

The pancakes just arrived.

パンケーキが届いたところです。

Oh my gosh, they're beautiful.

いやはや、美しいですね。

They're massive.

重厚感がありますね。

I hope I can finish them.

完成させられたらいいなと思っています。

I'm a little worried because that was very rich and I just chuck the whole thing that we got a little bit of caramel, thought a little bit of a drizzle.

Hell but you gotta, you gotta hear me out for a second so we're not going to go get meat today.

でも、ちょっと聞いてくれ......今日は肉を買いに行くつもりはないんだ。

We've come to.

来たんです。

Yeah, so I've heard about this place from a lot of friends of mine and it's a normal yak in a place like they do regular meat but they just started doing soy meat.

そうそう、このお店のことはいろんな友達から聞いていて、普通のお肉もやっているけど、大豆のお肉もやり始めたみたいなところで、普通にヤクをやっているんです。

It's a solo yaki nicu joints.

ソロ焼き肉屋さんのツボです。

So you get to have your own little private booth and get to grill your own meat.

だから、自分だけの小さなブースで、自分の肉を焼くことができるんです。

Which I think is great Because a lot of places you go with a bunch of people, it gets really expensive.

大勢で行くと高くつくところが多いので、これはいいことだと思います。

You all get a bunch of drinks and you'll end up paying a huge amount afterwards if you just want a casual like cheaper.

みんなで何杯も飲んで、ただ安いだけのような気軽なものでは、後から膨大な金額を支払うことになる。

Yeah.

そうですね。

Clinical experience than just going by yourself to one of these kind of places is great.

こういうところに一人で行くより臨床体験ができるのは大きいですね。

But otherwise they're like fully private bud's personally we are vegan, we're just doing this because vegan food is great.

And we wanted to show it to you guys.

But if you are vegan it depends if you're okay being in the same restaurant is meat because this is a normal place.

They just happen to have vegan meat.

Initially it's like, oh my God, this is really good.

最初は、ああ、これは本当にいいんだ、という感じです。

Soft, crispy meat.

やわらかく、歯切れのよい肉質。

And then gradually it's like, oh that's not me.

そして、次第に、ああ、これは私ではないな、と思うようになるのです。

There's like a little a flavor difference.

ちょっとした味の違いがあるような気がします。

It doesn't really taste like meat, but it's a really good replacement Water.

肉の味はあまりしませんが、本当に美味しい置き換えウォーターです。

Everything.

すべてです。

And I'm full and it was only 820 and so cheap.

しかも満席で820しかなくてめっちゃ安かった。

What the heck.

Okay, we just finished and now we're gonna head to get dessert and one of my favorite places, actually, probably my favorite place.

さて、ちょうど終わったところで、これからデザートを食べに行くのですが、私のお気に入りの場所があります。

Yeah, because it's all dairy free.

ええ、すべて乳製品を使用していませんから。

I get my desserts that we're going to wide bon bon baby baby.

ワイドボン・ベイビー・ベイビーに行くというデザートが手に入るんです。

Okay.

なるほど。

We just arrived at the final place for the video.

今、映像の最終地点に到着しました。

We're going to wide bon bon cafe and big white bonbon is in shinjuku illuminate something.

新宿にあるワイドボンボンカフェとビッグホワイトボンボンのイルミネーションに行く予定です。

They do regular food as well.

普通の食べ物もやっている。

But mainly the best thing here is the vegan desserts.

でも、ここで一番おいしいのは、主にヴィーガンデザートなんです。

Here is the giant menu.

こちらが巨大なメニューです。

There's so many things to choose from.

いろいろなものがあって、選ぶのに迷いますね。

They have all of these pa phase their fruit, berry banana, apple, caramel, cookie mont blanc and chocolate milk, a banana.

彼らはこれらのすべてのパ相彼らの果物、ベリーバナナ、アップル、キャラメル、クッキーモンブランとチョコレートミルク、バナナを持っています。

These are amazing.

これはすごいですね。

The big ice cream sundaes with fruits and cream layered underneath as well.

And they have this fairy floss around the outside, which is really good.

I've had both have creep rallies where they really at the top of the crepe with some sugar.

These are actually really good.

What I usually get is I'll either get the chocolate cake or the creme brulee or if I'm having a bad day or a great day.

いつもは、チョコレートケーキかクレームブリュレ、あるいは悪い日か素晴らしい日か、どちらかを選ぶんだ。

I'll have both.

両方持ってます。

It's so good.

すごくいいんですよ。

Or I'll have like a strawberry bonbon because that's really good too.

あるいは、イチゴボンボンみたいなのもおいしいから。

But here's a little lemonade mika and got very cute, very nice.

しかし、ここで少しレモネード美香と得た非常にかわいい、非常に素晴らしいです。

I love the little lemon slices.

Just classy.

My strawberry bonbon has arrived.

It's really good.

I think it's almond milk ice cream.

アーモンドミルクアイスかな。

It's just really delicate and delicious as someone who's eaten almost every dessert of this place.

ここのデザートをほとんど食べたことのある身としては、本当に繊細で美味しいんです。

I recommend all of them.

どれもおすすめです。

They're all really, really good and they're all really unique as well.

どれもこれも本当にいいものばかりで、しかも個性的です。
