how to rotate objects in Sims 4.

To rotate an object,

click on it and press shift plus the comma key

to rotate it to the left

or shift plus the period key

to rotate it to the right.

To move objects more freely,

you can enable the Sims 3 camera controls.

Go to options.

And then go to "Game Options."

Go to "Game Camera"

and check the box for "The Sims 3 Camera."

Click "Apply Changes" and exit the settings.

Go into build mode and click on an object of your choice.

When clicked on the object,

you can rotate it without snapping

by holding the alt key

and left-click on the mouse.
