fresh flowers inside, handle with care

i believe this is from my friend who lives in new york

she was supposed to come to LA to celebrate my birthday with me

but she couldn't make it so

she sent over these flowers

oh my gosh look at that

you get flowers today

i do not have a flower vase

so i'm just going to be using my brita filter

i'm single

and i've been single

so i don't really receive flowers on a daily basis

i received flowers on valentine's day from my friend

that was like the first time i've ever received flowers

and now that i am older and i'm at that age where

i actually do very much enjoy receiving flowers from people

i should probably invest in a vase

this is what my tomato garden looks like

it's been 21 days and

they're growing very slowly

[Update: day 50 and still no tomatoes] i don't know at what point tomatoes will start to grow

*sniffs*

that's insane i'm in my mid-20s

anyway i'm turning 24 and tonight,

i'm going to be hosting like a small kickback/

small get-together with a few of my friends in LA

i had a few potential outfits in mind

but they're all black outfits

which would have been fine if my nails weren't colorful

these are press-on nails

these are what my nails look like

anyway because my nails are like super summer-y

i ended up buying these t-shirts so i'm gonna

last minute diy a crop top

i'm wearing this tank top underneath

and i'm probably gonna crop it enough to see the yellow on the bottom

because i think that's cute

is it not? i don't know

yeah these t-shirts are so nice what the heck

for six dollars?

[i got them from target]

i went to the grocery store earlier to get some

solo cups, some plates, fruit and snacks

we're going to be making a jungle juice later

but i'm going to put all of the drinks in the fridge for now

just so that's nice and cold

i brought some stuff from home and i also ordered  

some stuff from yesstyle to include in a little goodie bag

that i'm going to hopefully be able to give everyone

but i don't know if i have enough supplies

i have these little soonjung centella skincare trial kits

it comes with some like sample skincare inside which is cute and

i also got these hair and body travel kits so it comes with

shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion

and i also got these perfume hand creams

rose, peach scent

i got them in multiple scents

this one is honey, jasmine

i saw that this lip balm was really popular on yesstyle so

i got a bunch of these melty cream lip balm spf

i'm just putting in one verb bar,

prebiotic, liquid IV, a hand cream, and a lip balm.

i was thinking about just wearing sweats

but i feel like i might need to change my pants

because it looks like people are overdressing

and i'm extremely underdressed even for a party

let alone my own birthday party

so i'm gonna have to change

road trip to vegas

People were driving off the road bc of the traffic

hi guys so i am in vegas for the bts concert

today is friday and i got tickets for saturday

i came with a couple of my friends

we drove from LA

and usually it's supposed to be like a 4 to 5 hour drive

but of course there's always traffic

so it ended up taking close to 8 hours

a few of my other friends are also in vegas right now

for the bts concert so i may or may not go out tonight with them

i kind of just want to stay in and go to sleep early

because i'm so tired from driving

my friend amanda she's actually taking a plane to vegas

so i'm gonna pick her up from the airport soon

They were playing BTS songs at the bar.

the concert was good
